The room was very spacious and very clean. Personally I liked the style a lot. The beds were very comfortable. A big plus for being pet friendly. Location wise it was easy to find and calm at night.

Personally I didn't like that the check in is in the restaurant area. As we arrived Saturday evening with my little daughter, it was very loud and crowded, people were passing us by although we queued for check in. Due to many restaurant visitors we couldn't find a parking at first and had to carry all our luggage all the way to the main building. It seems the focus is on restaurant guests rather than people who stay overnight. I asked if we could have some food in our room and the answer was restaurant only. Well, not every restaurant is suitable when you travel with kids as mentioned above. The crowd was in a Saturday night and beer drinking mood, so definitely not a dinner place for us. We had to drive again through a storm to find dinner, which wasn't convenient at all as it was already bedtime for my daughter, and then again hunting for a parking. Another thing that I disliked was the light in the room, it seems that you can either switch on all lights, or none at all. As we like to have a little dimmed light in the evening, this wasn't great either.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s an amazing experience. The rooms are mind blowing you have the feeling you’re in a log cabin in nature not in the middle of the city. The rooms are very well done. The restaurant is incredible. I can’t do it justice with words it’s just all so fantastic.

Extremely well-furnished and very clean! The room has a high bed that is also comfortable. From the room, you have access to a terrace where you can sit and relax. There is a nearby restaurant that serves breakfast (for an additional fee). Top-notch experience, very comfortable and pleasant stay in the wooden cabins. Truly an authentic American style.

The room size and decor, huge bed, large walk in shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Great big Tv and lounge area. Patio doors to outside space with seats. Easy to find.Restaurant on site with great choice of menu. Unique experience that we loved. Few km walk to a lovely park with cafe. Easy to check out, just leave card in the room.

Outlook from patio onto an ambulance station. Screening this area off would be possible.

Everything was perfect except the AC, it was not blowing well, and the room was a bit warm. But hay , it was excellent. Will love to come back again

Wild West experience in a middle of Germany, just off a highway. Love the environment of restaurant and the grande room. Plenty of space and cool bathroom. Super big breakfast.

German style service. No rush. Polite, professional but not fitting the American style.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was definitely warm if you were looking for that.

Shower was constantly switching between luke-warm water and cold the whole time. We also couldn't get the room to switch to AC, which made it uncomfortably hot to sleep in.

The hotel does not have a reception. For the check-in and check-out we had to go to the restaurant and wait for quite some time until someone is available.

The bathroom is amazing, really one of the best in any price range I've stayed in.The general feel of the room is really nice and the theme, a little quirky but fun.The attached restaurant with amazing menu, live music and rodeo-bull riding every night, is rather unique. Certainly for Germany!!!

Breakfast is not till 9am. As a business traveller I am usually at work by 8 so need breakfast at 7 or earlier. This is reason I won't stay again.Ergonomics in the room. Light switches are poorly placed and not obvious. I and a fellow traveller both took 15 minutes to find and figure out the lighting. I scored the lighting bottom for this rather confusing reason. Having a floor-to-ceiling tree trunk in the room looks great till you have to dance round it in the middle of the night.

The decor is gorgeous. The beds are really comfortable and the room is very quiet! Our favorite restaurant is next door.

Location next to the big restaurant with plenty of choice for food and drink with some interesting decor and massive screen and live band. Food was ok, portions were big in restaurant. I appreciate the specific decor of the place which I have liked hence I booked the hotel but the cleanliness and low level of lights ruined the whole effect.

Breakfast starts from 9am so we did not bother to stay as we wanted to hit the road. Room was extremely dark due to weird setup of lights - insufficient lights. We had to use mobile phones in torch option to try to find sockets to plug in phones... Also it wasn't cleaned properly...there was multiple human hair in bed. When I went to bed big ball of dust went up in the air from the sheeting, I hues it fall down from the raindeer head which is suspended above the bed and hard to clean and reach. The whole room felt weird due to low lights and smell of dust in the air. There was also a massive spider in bathroom at height level and visible spider webs so room cleanliness was shocking. Additionally sofas was very hard and not comfortable, bedside cabinet was tiny and in weird shoe that could not even take the mobile phone, there was no sockets to plug phone by the bed. On any other occasion we would not stay in the room like this, we would turn around, hand back keys and would leave but we were after 10h on the road and just needed shower and bed to sleep and hit the road next morning without trying to find another hotel lat win the evening.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were large. The decor is very eye taking as everything has a strong and well done rustic/lumberjack theme. The restaurant is right next to it so you can eat lunch/dinner there.Parking was free, but at the price they ask you can just as well consider it was more than payed for.

For the price they ask there are no breakfast, no roomservice, no slippers or any other service that would be expected at a whooping 150euro per night price. The lady at the reception who seemed to be the boss made us wait in the car 15 minutes because it was 14:15 and check in was starting at 14:30 although she saw we were with a small baby (1yo) and there were -2 degreees Celsius outside. I harldy believe that the room wasn't done by that time and that the 15 minute wait made a difference. If you are traveling with a todler beware that there are a lot of electricity sockets overall at foot level.

Miserable very little ………

I got lunch in the restaurant after I wait till 14:30 the room . Check in before 14:30 they request 20€ it is very miserable policy . Where is the respect of customers? Plus I make reservation for dinner . I paid for 3 people . Last time because quality of steaks is very low. It was impossible to get shoer , only cold water . During the night was -9 outside , cold inside the room.heating was off . Room was not very clean Very bad experience.

Lovely interior, comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. Beautiful bathroom, one of the nicest I ever saw in Germany. Good wifi. Spotless clean. And is next to a great restaurant . Quiet, yet not so far from motorway. Excellent choice.

Everything was just perfect. P.s. reception is at the restaurant itself, just that you know.

There was no breakfast opportunity before 09:00. For the rest it was, despite some small things that were broken, a great stay.
