This is a dated storied place that a creative team is breathing new life in. It just has character.

Facilities are somehow dated but functional.

The experience, culture Hotel concept is fantastic. Like becoming a living part I felt like a part of the community. There was an event during my stay and it was easy to connect to other. The team is super friendly. It is a hotel that has its charme by its imperfection. They told me that without them the hotel would be empty and not operating now, so they are like saving that hotel. great job.

It is somehow imperfect but that is exactly the charme. The Breakfast was ok BUT they will have new one in a few weeks. Excited for it and will retunr.

The hotel is in a relatively convenient place in Kassel and when the roadworks are complete it will be even better.

The check in time and the very early check out time.The breakfast staff were a little lax.No knifes and forks available. Bread rolls not topped up.Lack of plates.

I appreciate that the hotel provides filtered water, free, refillable 24/7. There was also a corner you can make coffee and tea. Parking is a nightmare but that is not the hotel’s fault, the city is under construction.

Breakfast was nice and suited us because we are vegetarian. Also liked the personalised coffee making especially good

Digital Checkin - even when it was very late was smooth!! Staff very humble and the breakfast is now much better than before! Best is that it is now extremely green, lot of plants and plans for Kassel.

Good location in the center of the city. Big room with balcony. Free water in the lobby.

Hotel is a bit old. Stains on the carpet. Building site in front of the windows.

There was no ventilation in toilet and also no dryer works !! And also no noice cancellation within room easily we could here from corridor

This property is nothing like the photos, they must have been taken 20 years ago, rooms do not look like the ones they show. Shower didn’t work properly bed was terrible. Wouldn’t recommend

Very personal and cozy atmosphere at this hotel with a long history. Friendly and helpful staff. Good vegetarian breakfast buffet in the beautiful and very cool space above the reception. The whole place has a chic feeling to it, second hand furniture in the restaurant and lobby, lots of books, odd beautiful coffee cups… Little nice details like a free drink included and glass bottles to fill with sparkling water and bring to your room. Excellent location with walking distance from the train station and to The Grimm Museum, view over the valley, center of town etc.

The location of the hotel is perfect in the center of the city. The pictures online give a prettier view on the hotel in real live. Expected it to be larger and a bit more modern. Service of personnel was very good i must say. Informal, but very friendly. The hotel is outdated, you can call it retro (again) i would say. Fine for the purpose of our visit.

The rooms and bathroom was outdated, but clean! Room near the stairs was very noisy due to hard slamming doors. Breakfast was fine, but limited.

The Stuff are really nice and the location is really good. Just inside the city and 10 minutes walk to Hbf

The rooms or the building is really old, no Ventilators in Bathrooms, the smell stays there are long you stay.

Friendly staff, coffee, soft drinks is for free. Public Easypark parking is very close hotel. Dogs friendly!

The room was not allowed smoking but smell was like all the time somebody was smoking ?
