Room was very nice - a superior quality single room in my book: wooden floor, very clean. Good lighting. The only thing missing is a hot kettle with coffee/tea.

WiFi signal weak, but as I used the tethering function of my phone no real prob.

Very friendly staff who was very kind to accommodat eour request for a tea kettle. Good to have vending machines at the floor to grab a quick snack or some water/juices

Our room was a bit tiny and so was the bathroom. But considering we only had to sleep one night it was good for the purpose. There's a few steps to get to the lobby, so think about it if you're travelling with strollers or heavy luggage

The view was amazing, the restaurant next door cooked delicious, traditional German food. The room was large with a Cindy bed. Good WiFi.

The pillow was not a pillow: was a blanket folded multiple times inside a pillowcase. Maybe it's common for the area, but it wasn't the best of comfort.Big issue with the shower: the water would not drain so after 2' under the shower there was a "lake" about top overflow in the room. No other option other than taking very short showers and let the water drain veeeeery slowly. I've brought the problem with the reception on Saturday morning but upon coming back that night nothing had changed. Maybe just dropping some specific products would have un-clotted the shower? Anyway, another super-short shower adn straight to sleep: TV has no english channels...

I stayed 2 nights. Room was not cleaned at all in between, even towels werent exchanged. For 4* hotel is not to accept. My room was old fashion, no central light opener.Very small shower.

Modern room good night sleep if you are on side away from road

Noisy room by road No air conditioning Parking arrangements are not good .. you park on very busy main road and thorns from trees likely to scratch car !!! No kettle

No air-con, room size small for 2 adults & child, no fridge or hospitality tray & expensive for what it was. Shower and sink in the bedroom with no door/privacy.So hot and small we left after a few hours. On leaving however we were offered a cooler room on opposite side of hotel, but had already booked a different hotel.

It is a modern hotel with some art in it which is nice. The rooms were good, only the pillows were bad, but they are bad in the entire Germany, so we brought our own :-)

I called if there was an electric loading station for our electric car, they said that there were 2 just in front of the hotel. They were there but they didn't work, So we had to drive 15 minutes to find another loader.

It was extremely cold .we came with 2 small kids and it wasn't good although we put heating on even next day we wake up in cold rooms. Room temperature I presume was same like outside .If the hotel new about small children they should hear the rooms before. This was not pleasant experience and we won't stay there anymore only because of this .

Nice location of the hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Good wellness area.

Having the toilet directly in the room in something you need to like ... we did not appreciate this feature too much.

The scenary around the hotel takes my breath away every time. You won't find a more thought out breakfast anywhere in Kassel. A belgian waffle maker, cereals, seemingly endless eggs and perfectly cooked bacon. The list goes on!

Very convenient location, close to the highway. Dogs are welcome.
