The staff was extremely helpful and courteous the food was second to none freshly cooked generous portions very good value for money. I would definitely stay again

Disappointing

We never had our pre-payed breakfast because the door to the restaurant was closed. We tried to knock on doors and windows, we called the host, but they didn't answer and after several minutes we decided to leave.

The room was spotless! So clean and comfortable. The on-site Biergarten was relaxing and had delicious food & drink. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They gave us tips on what to see in the area.

We loved everything! It was perfect.

The warm welcome by Christian gave me a very good mood for the rest of my stay. This is a family run hotel and restaurant and it has its own character and charm. We chose it as a transit on our journey and it was easy to find and easy to park outside. I will cone back.

One should be aware that the family also runs a pub and a restaurant. There will be some sounds from these avtivities. To some people this contributes to the charm, to others it might be disturbing. in that case ask for a room with windows away from the pub. I am sure the owners will make an effort. Also the pub closes at 23.

Very friendly staff, nice little hotel situated 30min walk from the Messe. Nice traditional German food and beer in the bar and restaurant, nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and a wonderful hot shower.

Breakfast was perfect.

Problems accessing accommodation at the rear of the property after 10pm.Needed to go through the garage next to the yellow post box to gain access to building annex.

Good location and the buffet type of meal for dinner was really good value for the money.

Was met by a locked door. Finally got in touch with them on the phone. Got handed the keys, and nothing more. Both restaurant and beer garden was closed even though we had gotten no notice of this. No instructions on what to do with the keys upon check out. The room was really dirty as well.

The room was in reality an apartment, very comfortable and ideal arrangement for a family. Breakfast was very good and also the restaurant (a "Biergarten") was very nice with good german food and bier.

The room was very clean , and the tram transportation was 2 minutes away. The room was at the backyard of a restaurant. Good water pressure in the shower. My room was the most of the times very quiet unless other noises come from the room besides mine. The is not a formal recepionist but the ppl who accomodate the hotel were very helful.

There a couple of things that would make the room more pleasant with just a little money more. It is needed an additional small bin in the main room . Also it's not very expensive to ad a bigger tv screen with international channels in the room. Being in a 10 sqm room it' snot very pleasent if there nothing to watch during night.

Breakfast was included at my booking confirmation. But when l arrive the host told me it was not included. The host should update the webpage with correct information
