Staff friendliness.

Ocean view rooms need better sound insulation. Late at night there were noisy people outside in the pool area that could be heard in our ocean view room in the 7th floor.

Great slide and pools. Great beach and hotel property ground was gorgeous.

The buffet style food was not good, only the a la carte restaurants had decent food.

The food and restaurants were very good

Not very clean! There is limited seating at restaurants and rooms are not very nice

The rooms are old , very old , but beds are very comfortable.

the water slide is great. kids and adults enjoy it.

The food opcion is not frendly to vegetarian o vegan not many opcion for them. The room can hear sound out side which is very annoying for kids to rest early.

The room has a licking on the wall. I had to call 3’times in order for them to send someone over. Finally the y did and change us to another room.Check in to long we suppose to check in at 1:00 pm and we got the key at 4:00 pm.Food cold, greasy,

The food, the rooms, the amenities

It was clean and comfortable. Good food variety.

Staff was a little uncooperative.

It was nice, quiet and really enjoyable. Not crowded like the others all inclusive resort in the area.

Bathroom needs some maintenance and deeper cleaning.

The food was ok. The location is top - direct access to the beach. The gym was clean and complete.

No seafood, just fish and the cakes were very sweet, but it´s normal in Panama. The floor was very slipery everywhere, mostly in the room. The parking was full and was hard to find a spot, also the ground was not in good conditions. The pool was not so clean, full of hair, not attractive to swim, less with kids. The entertainment for kids was terrible - the games were more waiting than enjoying it. The worse was the check-in, we had to wait more than 1 hour because of the frontback staff - just 3 person to receive the guests. And for reserve a place in the restaurant was imposible unless you spend another hour in the cue. In general, the hotel and the amenities are not for so many people. Maybe would be more pleasent at low season, idk.

Bar, drinks, pools were so crowded and without maintenance that make it a nightmare to use. My son cut his feet on the pool.

The staff is rude, half the things they advertise as amenities are not actually available, they claim to have multiple restaurants but they only take 5 reservations a night and the entire restaurant is literally empty otherwise, dirty, loud, disgusting. I've been to Cancun all inclusives for Spring break and this was a million times worse than that - drunk people literally falling, yelling, and sleeping all over the place, hallways, floors. The pool looked absolutely disgusting. Absolutely no regard for sanitation, someone screaming into the microphone day and night. I think I slept 3 hours.

Location and friendly stadd

Bathroom fixtures and lack of toiletries The checkout at 12noon and not allowing guests to use pool despite allowing guests to stay for lunch. Also the check in process is slow. Why is it necessary towait until 3pm to start the check in process?

Rooms were spacious enough and beds were comfortable. We traveled with our 3-year-old and she could sleep in one of the beds and us in the other one. It has several pools, specially for small kids which was great for us. It didn't feel too full of people even thought it was a weekend. The food was DELICIOUS and varied. This was the main highlight! Everything was fresh, it didn't feel like the same revamped menu each day. It seems the chef did make an effort to provide different meals each day while also providing the safe foods all toddlers like (pasta, chicken, french fries). There were a lot of pastries, desserts, ice cream and you could also find healthy options if you are on a diet. Staff was friendly and accomodating!

Some areas could use a renovation (like the black out curtains) and some faucets\fixtures but nothing major. These were minimal esthetic issues. The bar\alcoholic drinks were regular( nothing amazing) but it was not my main interest when I booked so it was not an issue for me but if you are expecting a full menu of cocktails you will be dissapointed. Even though I loved the food I would have appreciated signs to identify allergens, my whole group is allergic ti crustaceans\seafood and some salads would have shrimp but no sign to let you know. We would realize once we put it in our plate because they were small and mixed with the rest of the ingredients. If you love seafood, you will find a lot of options, but if you are allergic just be careful. We still had plenty of other options to choose from and tried to be more mindfull and check the food before serving or confirming with staff if it contained seafood.

The food was probably the best thing about this hotel. The buffet was amazing with a lot of options. We were looking for a place to be family oriented. The atmosphere was for amazing for our daughter and parents. Additionally we liked the fact that they allowed us to take lunch after our checkout.

After the check-in we had to find the room. This was difficult as the hotel has different elevators to access ita buldings. We would have preferred to have someone helping us with the luggage and heading to the room.

Has a decent water slides and is really children friendly.

It is really nit a 5* hotel, more like 3*. Facilities are very old. Rooms are renovated, but overall not very clean and well-kept. Anf it is pretty pricy for what it is offerening

We liked food, staff, facilities.

We did not like loud music and did not participate in activities.
