What Guests Loved
Based on 93 reviews
Pros +
- Great physical location, quick walk to restaurant, on a hill for breeze. The cottage design is nice, loved the large porch, the privacy, the tile. It is unfortunate the property is sliding into disrepair because it has tremendous potential to be top-notch
Cons -
- The staff is not warm nor welcoming, need better training in guest relations. Terse, unsmiling, disinterested in offering information to guests. Grounds are not well-maintained, plants dying, weeds growing, dead leaves collecting. Overall, could be better
