- Both of the staff people we met especially the young woman who checked us in when we arrived were very helpful and kind. It's a very good value and convenient to the train station.
Cons -
- The only drawback was the fact that it has only stairs, no elevator: hard to climb with bags after traveling much of the day (train from Venice). Other than that, it was great.

Both of the staff people we met especially the young woman who checked us in when we arrived were very helpful and kind. It's a very good value and convenient to the train station.
