Pros +
- Central location, close to the geodesic center of Palmas
- Parede de fundo do quarto com playground pizzaria lateral.
- Good Breakfast. Nice room
Cons -
- Old building, no elevator
- No lift
- Our room was outdated, it needs some urgent TLC. The walls were dirty and with defects in some spots. The air-conditioner started leaking during the last night. It was making a lousy noise and the leak was like a waterfall. The bathroom also needs TLC, the light switch and sink were stained. It was also very noisy. Other guests would walk through the hall chatting any time of the day or night, sometimes partying and singing loud in the common area for several hours late at night. Breakfast was very poor. If things finished it would take them ages to replace and sometimes they would simply not replace anything. Not great options.
