A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the number of parking spaces is limited and subject to availability. Guests can benefit from free early check-in subject to availability. Late check-out is only available on request. Check-out time at 15:00 hours is possible at an additional cost of EUR 10 per hour. Please note that the credit card number to guarantee your reservation at Low rate (- no money back) will not be charged directly. Payment is required to guarantee your reservation. Within 24 hrs you will receive an email from PaySquare with a link to arrange payment quickly, securely and reliable. The Loft junior Suite can only be booked with a valid credicard. The creditcard must be provided at the check- in. Before arrival the hotel will autorise the total amount of the reservation and a deposit of EUR 500 on the creditcard
