The room was ultra-small. Ok for one night, for one person. Although it had a twin bed. 2 people would definitely have had a space problem. The bathroom also ultra small.

Absolutely nothing! As soon as I walked in the door I wanted to turn around and leave.

Totally run down, dirty, cheap furnishings, tasteless decor, unhelpful staff. I remember when this was still a Steigenberger luxury hotel. Not anymore! Wyndham totally ruined the place. Worse than a travelodge now. It's a shame.

It was very clean and quiet. Bathrooms were news. Staff were helpful and friendly.

All in all it was okay.

No bar or restaurant as the facilities were used exclusively for private venue with no access for hotel guests at all. No air con, just a plug in radiator inadequate for the size of the room in December.

Location is great. The rest is below standard for 265 EUR/night

The bar was closed again. This is the only 4* hotel that I am regularly staying in that constantly has the bar/restaurant closed in the evenings. On top of that the hotel is undergoing some renovation and planned turning off the electricity between 8 and 8.30 in the morning. This is really crazy as during this time most people either have breakfast of check-out. Definitely not worth the price/night.

Not providing a free Socket for mobile/laptop charging is a disaster.Why can't the kettle have a dedicated socket..? Why should I unplug a light every time I have to plug to make coffee or charge phone..Crazy economising on the plug points.Atleast provide USB charging points

Very good location in the center of Duisburg, close to the train station, docs, etc. Rooms are quite spacious.

The rooms are clean but quite old. The bar opening hours are vague. Sometimes the bar closes earlier unexpectedly due to low guest attendance.

restaruant is closed without any reason even couldn't order any food to the room. they didn't give us regarding to parking spot contrary to support they forwarded us to dangerous parkin spots.

Directly across the road from the Duisburger Opera House. In walking distance to the main station. Very friendly and helpful receptionists.

Perfect Location, nice spacious and clean room, extensive breakfast, helpfull staff, beautifull hotel, good value!!!

Limited parking space and -although not really bothering- the somewhat shabby/spotty carpet in the corridors to the rooms

Room for our family was exellent. Spacious, clean and bright.Lady at the front desk was soo lovely, helpfull and very polite. Spoke very good english and explained everything clearly. Great breakfast with selection of everything for everyone.

Shower could have more pressure.Restaurant and bar could have been open.

The hotel is in a good location with good proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and a good size.

Unfortunately the front of house staff member who was on duty the night we arrived was less than friendly. He was asleep as we walked in to the hotel and as soon as we had our keys etc went back to sleep. Seemed like he didn’t want to really be there and was less than friendly with his manner.

The location, comfortable, proximity to nearby towns, such as Oberhausen.

That we didn't get to experience the street festival like we did last year. Hopefully we can be back next year GSL

We were traveling by bike. They had secure bicycle parking. It had a beautiful lobby and stairs. It was just a few blocks from the train station and close to restaurants.

Although the room was comfortable, it was on the small side.

Location is great, rooms are big and airy.

No aircon, too warm, slightly tired and floor not clean enough.
