Cons -
- There’a a candy on the floor (without the plastic)
- - Hotel a little dated.- A weird smell coming from the plumbing whenever the taps were turned on.
- Didn’t get to our room because IBIS self check in system failed and wasn’t working, took 90 minutes to get to our room, IBIS customer service was no help and would take responsibility for there software issues with their check in screen

It was good to have parking and the breakfast was excellent.
We had a single duvet on a double bed which was not good. Also, the toilet was so small my partner just managed in there and he is not particularly huge. The pod measured 66 cms wide which was the smallest we have ever encountered and was really not fit for purpose. We have used ibis (previously e-tap) for many years and have to say this was the worst one by far.
Very friendly staff. Clean. Easy access to train station city centre etc.
A few more clothes hangers an hooks to hang clothes would have been nice. Or maybe a shelf somewhere.
Room is value for money - efficient - did not take breakfast and shower and toilet are as expected for the price of this room. Parking was very room to be nearby and check-in via machine was efficient.
The place is not very up to standand ,not big as on pictures, the breakfast is very poor its having the same breakfast every day,no cooked breakfast ,you can only get a toast bread on a little toaster The double rooms has bunk beds ,weathee you have a child with you ,you still get a bunk bank ,The only thing i admired on this hotel is the self service check in ,We missed our flight ,bought new one way tickets with a diffrent airline so end up arrieving to the hotel late midnite ,on arrival we did not trouble or call anyone ,just checked in on the machine & the receipt come with your rm number access code for the doors ,
I did not like the breakfast ,nothing to look foward to ,all same breakfzst every morning
Comfortable and clean room at a reasonable price
Hotel needs a little basic maintenance. Curtains were broken, shower head would not point in correct direction. Basic things, so nothing major. No staff at check-in, which was a problem, as the check-in machine had a problem.
Basic facilities and a good price
To many stairs and long corridors to walk along
Nothing, terrible hotel
Where to start, we stayed one night, the receptionist was not helpful or friendly. The room was tiny, so be prepared that the toilet and shower are small in size ( probably not bigger than in a campervan). Also, there were no pillows and towels prepared for my son on arrival, and the bed sheet had stains all over. The hotel is in the city centre, and our room windows looked straight onto the buzzy street, so it was not a relaxing night at all, as the street was noisy. Breakfast was basic, with low-quality products and uncomfortable seats. Parking is next to the hotel, but the surrounding area looks dodgy. We were a bit concerned about parking there.
It’s budget, but offers everything you need. Good breakfast.
As it’s close to a autobahn, it’s very noisy, even at the “quite” side of the building, couldn’t have the window open at night due to the noise.
Rude staff member unclean rooms
Brown poo looking stains on the carpet Stains on the bed Someone’s old trousers left under the bed and when told the reception the room was dirty and didn’t feel ok with staying in it due to this I was faced with a lady in her 50s who was extremely rude didn’t listen to what I said and then said she couldn’t understand me cause I was Scottish and she didn’t have another room so check out I was in the room for a hour most a waste of money
The room was clean, staff was very friend, comfortable bed
Everything was ok

Basic accommodation but nonetheless pleasant. The en-suite facilities are in the form of a moulded fibreglass "pod", which is a bit cramped, but serviceable and clean. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. The Netto downstairs is handy, as is the petrol station next door, making this an ideal overnight stop on long car journeys.
Parts of the hotel are quite worn, e.g. the paint on the stairway handrails has worn down to bare metal in many places. The rooms could do with refurbishing soon. The neighbourhood is a little bit sketchy and there was grafiti on the outside of the building.
Very convenient location for a stopover on a long journey.Excellent staff. Good rooms. Free parking. It should be remembered that the hotel has only one "star", but the service and conditions are better than in many two and three "star" hotels.
I understand that this is most likely the policy of the Accor itself, but in a room for three you still need at least a second chair.
the location was central. the room was clean. self check-in was a good option. there is a grocery store next to the hotel.
the staff was rude, impatient and unhelpful. the room and bed were uncomfortable. toilet, bathroom and the sink were clean but old and weirdly located in the room. for a winter stay, the duvet was thin and not enough. the hotel is barely worth the money but there were no alternative places to stay.
The staff was very friendly and accommodative.
There was no option to lock the toilets from inside, which is indeed a bit strange. There atleast should have been a microwave oven available in every room.
