Hotel Rheingarten

Great, affordable hotel with wonderful staff and a terrific restaurant. Parking is available and free. Luckily we had a car so no issues arriving at the hotel but for travelers without a car, it would involve a taxi ride, or a combination of public transport and walking. Beautiful location directly on the Rhein River.

The shower door wasn't properly sealed and made a lot of water get in the floor. But this is a very minor issue.

Very comfortable bed. and good breakfast.

No air conditioning.

Food at the restaurant was good.

Very dirty room full of spiders but they allowed us to change it. Everything outdated, old.

I want my damn money back, thats not a 4 star hotel. Its 2

Dirty, no hot water, no ventilation in the room. Chipped and flaky paint on walls , dirty sheets.

The reception, restaurant, housekeeping were all very helpful and friendly. The owner of the Hotel was also very nice and welcoming! I say thanks for the wonderful service and look forward to staying there again. ☺️?

Nice clean Hotel and nice view. Didnt like the restaurant so much. But Hotel is very nice. Would defenitely take the river view

room very comfortable, well equipped with boiler, tea, really good wifi connection, excellent bathroom products and really clean. breakfast full of different choices! a really good experience! I also really appreciate the location on the river for a nice running in the morning!

The interior is very nice and absolute helpful staff. They were friendly and extremely endeavoured.

It looks a bit scary from the outside :) and I personally wouldn´t let the guests know that restaurant and hotel are 2 seperate instances. It is totally okay but the customer doesn´t necessarily need to know it. It complicated certain things.

The hotel room is spacious! I was given two bedrooms, even though I didn’t need them. The rooms are very clean and warm in winter. They provided both shower gel and body lotion in the bathrooms.

Breakfast did not have cooked/steamed vegetables.

Comfortable and big room, breakfast was tasty, the staff is kind and the parking is free around the hotel

No restaurant to have a dinner although in 10 min there are a few options

Minor issue-there was no soap and no shower cap in the bathroom

The view over the river is both fascinating and amazing. The hotel is well laid out with good rooms, decent parking etc. Would stay again if I ever have to do to Duisburg.

Would've been better if the restaurant was open

The staffs are super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast is normal breakfast you can find in Germany but the view is stunning. We really enjoy our breakfast with outside seating options. The room was very clean and the whole facility is also very kept and clean.

Free parking, clean and comfortable

We were upgraded to a suite. Thank you Leo. Best room by far in eight weeks on the road. Balconies are a nice addition to the rooms. Excellent breakfast. Professional staff. Secure bicycle garage.

Great views from our balcony across the Rhine, comfortable room which was a good size as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice

Parking was a bit chaotic, not many spaces. Out balcony floor was very dirty.
