Hotel Montan

Friendly service

Heating was not on hence cold room on the coldest day of the year. Took hours to warm.

Nothing in particular.

Paid for breakfast but didn't get it, although refund for the meal was offered and accepted. No glasses in room. Dark and dated decor.

Bad

It is located in an area similar to a bad neighborhood. You will see it and you will feel it once there. The pictures are not the same thing as reality. I cancelled my stay after arriving there. I also sent some messages via the Booking app and didn't receive any answers back

Even though room is old (to be expected) but was clean. Reside in a populated area therefore access to public transport is good. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

There’s no hair dryer equipped. Room is a a bit dark.

Breakfast was bad, coffee cream was expired and no juice or other drinks apart from coffee.

Breakfast cold have been better, but I just stayed for the night before continuing my travel, with no intention to enjoy the place.

Cheap, clean, parking, friendly service

Excellent staff. Large clean and quite room. Place to store a bike. Breakfast even though it wasn’t mentioned in the reservation.

The area is not so pleasant but i think it was safe.

Nice big room, comfortable bed.

The location, super poor breakfast, could be a bit cleaner.

Very kind and helpful. Location quite convenient to visit the Lanschaftdpark, which was my goal (just 10 minutes by car). Parking place is included.

There is no lift

Shouting inconsiderate guests

The guest in room 219 were shouting all night and couldn't contact anyone to solve this issue. Blankets were thin

It was easy to locate.

There was no air conditioner or a table fan available in the rooms. The windows were without a windows covered. The sun comes directly into both rooms. The rooms were so hot that we had to wait outside for hours.

I do not like anything in the room.

I am pregnant and the bath room is not safe for me, I had to accompany my spouse to have a wash for safety reasons Only two pillows and they are not so comfortable as well. Not even a single glass in the room to fetch some water. No sound proof walls. You can hear all the noises of chickens outside and the alarms of other rooms. In summer it is hot. Breaakfast is only bread, cheese, boiled egg and ham(meats) No options for vegetarians except jam and bread.

very dirty , uncomfortable , stink of dump , you can name it disaster ...

zero Breakfast no option at all only one bread with one type of salami and tee and nothing else ,very dirty hotel, uncomfortable , stink of dump , you can name it disaster, and the big surprise was the big Rat walking about up and down ...

I don’t know how people gave low ratings for this place. The staff is great, they gave me free coffee in the morning, didn’t charge for my stuff to wait there for a few extra hours. Room was clean, bed was clean, towels were clean. I recommend it for sure.

Friendly staff

A bit noisy at night - maybe look at insulation / glazing options for rooms facing street. Some lights not working in the room and shower difficult to adjust temperature

Off street parking

Run down hotel in a poor area, restaurant was no longer open and breakfast was very basic.
