The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is handy for the station and city centre. The room was comfortable.
Good location. Close to motorway. Comfortable bed.
Car park full. No option to book parking space in advance.
The receptionist named Niko had made the all job to feel us comfortable. Despite him, the organisation of the hotel leaves much to be desired ( bed's configuration )
for that price wqas ok.
Location is adjacent to the bahnhof.
Bathroom door was damaged.Room should not be rented out like that until repaired.I was only there one night so I lived with it!
Location is right by the station
There is almost no soundproofing. From 10pm I could hear voices in the corridor and little kids. At midnight it got so loud I went out and there was a large group of Turkish people having some kind of gathering (meeting? party?) in the reception area which was just down some stairs from my 1st floor room. It seemed to be dispersing but I continued to hear people in the corridor talking and banging doors well past 1am. It is unbelievable that a hotel in Germany is like this.
The location is immediately next to the train station. Our room was recently painted.
A lamp mounted on one side of the bed was badly broken and should have been replaced v
Near railway station
Room on 5 th floor with lift only to 4th floor
Breakfast, location, bed.
Air conditioning not working, brken bedside light, half of bathroom lighting not working
Decent room, albeit repairs is needed (see below). Good location in city center and parking for a fair price. Parking is in closed and gated court and very safe. 24/7 staff on location.
The hotel could do with some repairs. For instance the door to the bathroom could not be close properly. The breakfast is extra for 13 euro, but not really worth it: Juice had run out, very limited meat spread (i.e. no salami). B&B hotels usually has better options at breakfast, and Ibis Budget is generally better at breakfasts. Quality is acceptable but not great.

Well situated, clean, comfortable and excellent staff.
Well located, clean and comfy
The location of the hotel was excellent, and the room was pretty clean, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The room was worn down, with visible damage like holes in the door and ceiling. The night lamp in the room was broken, and there was no telephone to contact the reception — you had to go down to the reception in person just to get something as basic as a TV remote control. The room was booked for three people, yet there was only one chair at the table, making it impractical for more than one person to sit or eat comfortably. The worst part, however, was the water situation — there was no cold water at all. The taps only produced boiling hot water, making it impossible to shower or wash hands without burning yourself. The toilet flush didn’t work, and to use a functioning toilet, we had to go from the third floor all the way down to the basement to access the guest bathroom. Adding to the discomfort, the cleaning staff was quite rude. As we were leaving our room, the cleaning lady entered without knocking or asking for permission. As my mother was exiting, the staff member aggressively said “weg” and made a dismissive gesture with her arms, ordering my mother to step aside. This behavior was unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, the experience felt more like staying in a hostel than a proper hotel. Would not recommend until serious improvements are made.
xxxxxxx
The room bathroom door was broken. No cleaning was done. The sinks were clogged and dirty. The staff smoked outside and did not come to the reception. I had to leave the hotel on my 3rd night. I request a refund for the night I did not stay.
The only positives? The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. But that’s not nearly enough to make up for the rest. I would never stay here again.
This hotel claims to be non-smoking, yet my room reeked of smoke / weed, making for an extremely unpleasant stay. To make matters worse, the AC/ventilation system wasn’t working, so there was no way to get fresh air. The shared balcony felt like a privacy concern, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly—soap stains in the shower and even urine stains, which was beyond disgusting. What shocked me most was being told this was an upgraded room. If this was the better option, I don’t even want to imagine what the standard rooms are like. While I understand this is a train station (Hbf) location, that doesn’t justify a lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance.
Clean room and good price
Breakfast was very pure, lack of meal, no scrambled egg, only instant coffe 3 in one due to broken coffe machine. Also the personal was not very nice. Always having stupid talks if you need to solve any issue, like your room card is not working or invoice correction.
