Andefu Hotel am Kantpark

Excellent location

For the first night, I did not have hot water, which was not the hotels fault. A former guest had turned off the hot water.

the location is suberb, it is very good value. the woman behind the desk was friendly and was adequately prepared for my arrival. bed was a little bouncy which i like. room was exceptionally clean and facilties were good.

an electric kettle would be nice.

It was affordable, and near the station.

the bed sheets were washed with a detergent that had an oder which I found unpleasant; the bathroom did not have a door; and the pillows very large and uncomfortable, and the rooms were not well sound insulated from the hall.

The room was simple but comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. The host was at the front desk when I arrived and check in was quick and simple. For an affordable room in the center of town, it was great!

It's near to everything I need in the city

it is really near the main train station, i always easily could catch the train. it is also relatively close to the city center, so if you need supermarkets, it’s just 6-8 minutes walk away.i booked a room with separate shower and it was very easy and comfortable to use, much better as i thought!it was very clean and tidy, the coworkers are very friendly. i asked for the hair dryer and got it for the whole time i stayed. it’s also pretty safe, cause you can enter the hotel building only with the key.and it was quiet, i really didn’t hear anything from my neighbours or from the street

the only thing i didn’t like, is that the shower room was a bit smelly, but i can understand why. it was just an old smell. maybe some recommendations:it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower room, just a small one, to put the shampoo and everything. there is a shower gel or something like 3in1 thing in the room, but if you bring your stuff, you have to place it on the floor:(and also a small table mirror would be nice to be in the room, cause i always used one in the bathroom, so i turned the light all the time… if you want to save the electricity, it might help as well)

Good, clean, comfortable

It's so nice place for the price, also the night shift is really friendly. I loved that place, if i come back in Duisburg, i will return to that confortable and very clean place, hundred per cent sure !

Everything was ok. Good value for the money and a good location close to the railway station.

Not so comfortable pillow

good value for quality. room and ensuite were clean.

towels provided were too small. vent in the ensuite gave off a strong cigarette smell during our stay.

Great location (close to the train station and the city center), gentle and helpful staff, cleanliness, comfortable room (simple but with essential commodities, neat, quiet), TV with English and French channels.
