Good room, good location

Breakfast could be better but it was ok

Disappointing

We arrived to the hotel after a 5 hour journey with a small child and found the hotel closed, dark inside. There was a mobile number provided on the door to be used in case of emergency. I called the number, it was switched off, googled other numbers, heart the telephone ringing inside but nobody was around to pick it up. It was -4 degree, so we moved to the closest coffee shop and keep trying the phone number. After an hour, I obviously gave up and found another hotel, when I have got a call back. The whole situation is strange, it's a big hotel, looked good from outside but not sure how it could happen that the 24/7 reception was closed when reservation was clearly made.It's definitely not an experience I want after such a long journey.

Good Location, great staff, good size parking. While the breakfast was not that diverse, the food tasted great. The internet was working realiably but the speed was not that great. Everything was clean.

Lots of noise (window quality questionable), old furniture with so and so comfort, there were issues with the walls.

The shower drain was clogged and the water was not draining. It was disgusting. The toilet wasn't completely clean. There was a weird smell in the hallway.

Choice at breakfast could have been better

Location of the hotel in the city centre, next to a shopping center and own parking lot was great. The room was spacious with big windows and balcony, very bright. The breakfast was good, tasty, and satisfied our requirements, although the menu was limited. The staff is friendly and forthcoming.

We missed a possibility to hang towels lower for children. Not enough storage space in bathroom for cosmetics. The backdoor to the parking lot was not accessible (locked) afternoon/at night. The remote to the AC was not in the room, but only available at the reception (which is not operated 24/7).

The Location is just perfect!The free car park was indeed helpful.Breakfast was just acceptable.

No air conditioning. We had to sleep with the open window to have anything to breeze. Lucky we had a good weather and the air was good temperature. But street noise disrupted the sleep.

Great reception desk service, good location and parking. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Good price/ quality ratio.

Lack of AC might be a issue during summer.

Professional and courteous staff (reception, dining, cleaning). Clean and quiet. We had to unexpectedly evacuate from Kyiv and were arriving after a long journey. They were able to provide an early check-in so we didn't have to wait for our rooms.

Good location near city centre, quiet place, big parking place, large room.

"Small details" like broken bulb in bathroom, disgusting wc brush, mould areas in shower, dust in corners. This is long lasting problem in this hotel without any improvement...
