Not family friendly at all.

We arrived as a family, booked for a triple room with a small child (didn't allow me to book a double room as we were 3), but when we arrived there were 3 completely separate beds, which were built in, so could not move them. I asked the receptionist to have a room with a double bed, since we aren't friends or cousins, but a family, so why we should sleep separate, but she just said there is no empty room.I paid over 100euro for the night in Slovakia, which is not even a capital city, I pay a similar amount to stay in Greece or London for a night and would not even look at it to check they have another room to suit the customers needs. Disappointing.

Nice, clean and large apartment room. Parking available near and in front of the hotel. Nice terrace outside where you can serve some food and drinks and there is also a park near the hotel where you can go for a walk.

Some of the restaurant's staff seems to be very cold when they look at you.The light bulbs in the rooms are quite weak.

Very poor breakfast. It was a disaster - a small amount scrambled egg and sausages, nothing else. Very bad. Noisy neighborhood in the middle of apartment buildings area.

Yes get for one night stop clean room not sure the restaurant was as good as it could have been. Front of house when checked in was good and out. Drinks need to more sorted with ice etc

They mentioned Al Carte Food honestly just get that right would be great for your customers

Included parking and the reception staff was nice.

Dust in the room, the cleaning lady started to change the bed sheets before I check out, so I was obligated to stay at the reception for an hour. The breakfast is not the greatest.

The hotel is in a calm area of the city. Comfortable bed in the room.

Breakfast was excelent, room was clean and modern furnished.

Location far from city center

Great looking rooms and hotel overall! Delicious and plentiful breakfast and tasty coffee! Service at reception and bar was impeccable for such a small hotel! Would stay again if ever in Presov!

Nice and comfortable hotel in Prešov. The personell was very helpful and even let me change my date of reservation.

I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident we encountered during our brief stay at Hotel Polo.We stayed for one night and decided to have dinner at hotel's restaurant. We ordered a salad for our children, anticipating a fresh and healthy meal. To our dismay, the salad served was clearly made with spoiled vegetables, evidenced by an unmistakable unpleasant smell that was quickly noticed by my wife. Thankfully, our daughter did not consume the questionable food, which could have had severe health implications.Serving spoiled food, especially to children, is deeply concerning. Such an incident not only damages Hotel’s reputation but also presents a serious health risk. We understand that mistakes can happen, but the potential consequences in this instance are quite serious.We sincerely hope that this was an isolated incident, not indicative of the standard food quality at this establishment.

The loacation is optimal for those who travel via motorway. Clean room with enough space for family with 2 kids. Fliendly stuff, parking is onsite.

Location is good reception is nice.

There was damage bed so I could not sleep properly. I could not use the shower because the silicone was so dirty. Walls were marked all over the place. Rooms need refurbishment.

Big room and clean, friendly staff, breakfast was decent enough. Not so many options but good enough. The sound insulation is not the best. U can hear what is going on in the next room and specially in the restaurant when u are above. For one night is more than ok.

U can hear the noise from outside the room

Staff was very nice and helpful, a solid 10 for the staff. Very close to various shopping malls, bathrooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, you have the option of requesting breakfast before 8AM as a breakfast box.

You do not have a fridge in the room and the breakfast it's not really your ordinary swedish buffet but rather a meal pack consisting of sandwiches, yogurt, sweets (I don't remember the exact composition of it). When you first enter it give you the impression of a shady place.

Everything was very clean and the staff very professional. The food was good.

The colour Black,...everywhere. In a building with very little natural light coming in, the colours ...dark blue, Purple and Black for me doesn't create a warm comfortable feeling. M TV playing always became a little annoying. Also the shower was a hand held one. So I couldn't stand freely under the running water.The hold experience was good after saying that.

Free parking lot, breakfast was great, a silent place to sleep.

The location is far from the old city, though you can get to it by Bolt scooter pretty fast

The room was clean, there was easy parking out front.

The walls are super thin, so you can hear everyone moving around in the other rooms. I could quite easily hear my neighbors using their bathroom all night. there’s also a church very nearby who rang its bells at 6am. Additionally, I noted when I made the reservation that I had two dogs with me. I was told it would be no problem with a small charge. However, when I arrived, the woman at the front desk was very unhappy that they were two large dogs. As the booking made no reference to limited dog size, I hadn’t thought it would be a problem, but it was. I had to assure her over and over that they were calm and well behaved. She was thinking of rejecting us. It was very aggravating.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable room.

There was no fridge, Wi-Fi signal was very weak (room 110), worked near the door only.
