Pros +

Everything was perfect for my husbands birthday. The room the bed loved.
The curtains couldnt close properly because the holders are broken. The TV was blurry because it seems like lines were scratched on the outer part of the screen. Asked the receptionist to move us from the lift as Im a light sleeper and she said they were fully booked. We were there early and surely there were more people still coming to check and she could simply swap our rooms. The best the could do regarding the TV was to say they will note it down. The standards have deteriorated here, we are basically paying for the name as thats the only thing remaining.
