Friendly staff. Very tasty breakfast and dinner. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the border and you can leave your car there on the parking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is basically ok.

Location of the hotel is close to city center, not far. We enjoyed everything, what was here at the hotel. Delicious breakfast as well as the dinner. Everything in the room was basically working, the tv, bathroom. We enjoyed also the spa - spacious saunas - finnish and steam, and what is more, there is possibility to try Russian Bania, which I tried, it was awesome. Personal was kind.

Little bit of noise of workers

The stuff barely speak English or some other language different than Polish, it was difficult to order even a simple coffee.I didn’t see even once a smile on non of them to any one. Bathroom was dirty and the shower cabinet was made only for small children and the shower was broken, it was difficult to adjust the water.

Pool and meals were amazing

I asked for double bed but received two single beds. I send a message to put it together, but when I arrived they were separated- so I had to move it myself. Even when you connect beds together, there is big gap between them- very uncomfortable when you sleep with your partner.

The included meals were excellent and the spa was great! I really appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff when answering questions.

The beds weren't awesome, and there was only one small waste bin in the bathroom.

A very simple breakfast, with few type of food: tea, coffee - not much actually.

the rooms are all on the 2nd floor and you need to go up by big stairs (no elevator and help from reception - there was a young lady....); it is rather difficult and not easy if you have some luggage with you. The cleanliness of the shower is not much too; no toiletries; window was difficult to open and were dirty curtains.

Air conditioning old and make a lot of noise! Bathroom with no ventilation! Water in bathroom stays ! Old refrigerator making a lot of noise! Most important pillows is stupid old and at no point what a good hotel gives to clients who want to sleep ? good! Get a new manager for the hotel or give the boss night in our bed in room 121! The reception had no extra pillows! Super bad service! Tell the boss to phone me! Can NOT recommend this hotel at all! Take this hotel away from booking. Com

Very outdated rooms and unclean, problems with air conditioners(barely working). Only twin beds available. And they're charging approximately 100 euro/night for all these...

We were in the hotel with a baby 1y.o. baby. Air conditioner wasn't working at all. They put fan in the room instead. Not clean.

The staff were very nice. Very happy to help. I left my case there for 2 weeks with no problem. It was very good value because of the inclusive evening meal and breakfast.

Food was simple, but fine. We came to the Hotel on Saturday before Easter, and majority of the shops were closed, so it was great to have dinner and breakfast.

The bathroom is very old and exhausted, we noticed insects there. It lacks renovation. The only shelf there was made of metal and absolutely rusty. I did not want to put my clothes there. Also, there is no soundproofing at all. I could hear my friend talking to her daughter in the neighbouring room. And this hotel is definitely too expensive for this city. But unfortunately there are not so many alternatives while city is a transit point for people travelling to Ukraine.

Delicious food and warm bed :) Me and my mom stayed for one night during our trip. We are totally happy with the service. Many thanks!

Room size.

Breakfast. Food with mayonnaise in the morning is a very strange choice. I couldn't find anything for child to eat. Everything looks very cheap and old-fashioned in the room.Bed.The location is next to the road, but a bit far from the railway station.

Close to train station, half-board included. They were very helpful with my taxi when I left my phone in taxi - the desk coordinated it’s immediate return while I waited at the train station.

Bracket for shower head plastic and broken. Buffet should not recycle dishes of food past one meal. Especially those dishes with vegetables. But food good.

Relatively not far from train station, easy to find. Price ok considering half boarding included.

Everything in room was below standards: bed uncomfortable, pillow really small, leaking water from faucet in bathroom, terrible smell and mold on walls. Please mind there is no lift and to carry have luggage upstairs may be a challenge. Food selection at dinner was ok but could have been broader and fresher.
