Lack of care for the facility. Tired, needs a clean and revamp. Coke can was floating in the indoor spa pool, loungers at outside pool were filthy. Staff don’t greet

Their wine selection and gin options were not what I have seen from them in the past. They are in a perfect wine location, I would have loved better options.

The staff were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable and felt luxurious. Although we didn't try the outside pools, the inside one was lovely, at a good temperature and had very plesant changing facilities.

Majeka House made the perfect homebase for our romantic weekend in Stellenbosch. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. The daily breakfast was also a big perk to get us ready for a day of wine tasting. My partner loved using the steam room on site and I enjoyed laying out in the garden (though we were both surprised to learn we didn't have access to the outdoor pool because we hadn't booked a pool adjacent room).

The rooms are outdated and did not feel clean.The towels were very old. Generator does not back aircon during loadshedding

Room; garden lights at night. But they can improve on the bathroom bedrooms.

The indoor pools water was very cold . No one could really swim. Reason I booked this property was for the indoor pool as the last time I was there it was heated .. so that was really disappointing

Disappointing

The shower floor was not nice wooden unstable, the toilet grouting and silicone on glasa was very dirty with mould,room was dark not enough proper lighting, and very dated decor

The breakfasts was fantastic and the personal attention Vernon the manager gives to each client everyday for the duration of the stay I can honestly say I have not experienced for such a long time in any hotel. He is a very kind and hospitable gentleman.

I only regret is not getting the recipe of their homemade health bar which I saved for my return flight. I hope Vernon reads this note and sends that recipe .... ?

The room was comfortable with a huge bed. Breakfast was delicious.

They used to have a jacuzzi which they had removed, but it was a big part of why I booked that hotel. The pool is also not heated.

Great outside location.Pleanty of air as it was summer and quite hot.

Tried to buy toiletries similar to the ones in the rooms for memories but sad to realise you had stopped selling these.

Breakfast was excellent.

The pools were too cold to swim in.We did not have a coffee machine in the room. Would have liked to have the restaurant open after 17:00.
