The matt is too dirty, and smelling terrible, we only got 2 bottles of water and was not replaced the following day.

The place and view is fantastic. The reception is very helpful and the room is amazing. Very easy location
The food is not that good.
The hotel is a 10/10.. from the location, size of the room and its furnishing to the overall hotel service, I'm highly satisfied! Great value for money. The staff is consistent, provided great service, not once was I frustrated by anything. Thank you very much for making the stay so beautiful!
The breakfast buffet was underwhelming, although I must say that the restaurant staff provided great timeous service.
The beds in all three rooms were very comfy!
The fridge is a bit small for 4 people - it is the same size as the one in the room for 2 people.
The hotel was quite full so I only had the option of the family room. Very spacious although combining all the beds in a single room might not be so practical for a family stay. Large bath tub for soaking. Convenient location in Century City with access to shops close by and the mall up the road. Hotel was clean.
We were only informed on our arrival that there was some construction work taking place - this should be indicated when the booking is made on-line. This also affected the air conditioning in the rooms and we were only informed of this after the check-in process was completed and just before processing payment. This should also be communicated up-front. Thankfully, it was not too hot and the rooms were still comfortable.
The TV remote was not working until we called front desk.
Easy access to the establishment. Good customer service by the staff including the third party staff at the restaurant
The staff, cleaners and reception were all welcoming and kind..the rooms were very clean and had all that we needed.
Breakfast could do with more variety, it has a continental standard instead of English full breakfast..confectionery can be improved but the kitchen staff were helpful and accommodative of special requests
Perfect for a little getaway. The second time we had booked this hotel. Service from every staff member was amazing.
The restaurant on site could do with people moving a little faster. Took more than 10 minutes to get a bottle of water.
Excellent location and super friendly staff. The Hotel is always kept clean. Cafe machine at every floor is an excellent idea.
Being Winter, I wish it was possible to keep the room a little bit warmer.
The spaciousness The free parkingResponsive staffHeating in winter
No bathroom counter to place your toiletries Gym hard to access
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is great—right near Canal Walk Mall—and the free private parking was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few upgrades, the experience could be even better.
However, the lighting in the room was quite weak and could be improved. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made things a bit uncomfortable.
Location, the staff
The restaurant Mozambik, quality of food and service at the restaurant is below standard.
Room nice and comfortable
No closet for clothing, unlock-able doors, gym facilities not in the same building
very comfortable bed in Executive suite. Semi self-catering.
poor room layout. The bath tub and bathroom basin is EXPOSED to the whole unit, thus eliminating the privacy one may require in the bathroom. No hairdryer in room. Taps work in reverse direction (hot is cold, cold is hot, open is close, close is open).
The views from my balcony was great ?
The set up of the breakfast area and the Spa was small
The staff were great and so welcoming they remembered us from the last stay and made us as comfortable as we could. Junaid, Ayanda, Ayamisi, Lucko were so great and also the housekeeping Nontheto, Zama, Tracey, Felicia too many to name here were amazing . Thank you we will be back
Sometimes the other guests were abit noisy slamming doors would be nice if there was soundproofing
The staff very helpful
There were guests staying across from us who partied loudly throughout the night. The noise was very disruptive, and it sounded like there were more people in the room than what is typically allowed.
Staff were courteous.
Although I only stayed for one evening, the hotel unfortunately didn’t quite meet expectations. While the lounge is a nice feature and offers a pleasant space to relax, the room layout left much to be desired. The basin being positioned right next to the bed felt awkward and out of place, and the toilet/shower area seemed like an afterthought—almost as if it was just plonked there without much consideration for functionality or comfort. In addition, a bit of a nuisance was the lack of enough TV channels—entertainment options were quite limited, which can be disappointing after a long day. It’s a decent spot for a quick overnight stay, but for a longer visit or if you're after thoughtful design and comfort, it may fall short. The Mozambik restaurant can not be recommended!
