Right next door to mall n grocery store Views are ab absolutely beautiful

One person after inquiring about getting towels looked at me and said that I was not on the list for clean up that day Once I came downstairs to head out, I stopped by the front desk to request more towels. They were there when I returned

Everything was good at my end.

Customer service bad, requested assistance but was ignored, cleaner unlocked and barged into my room unnanounced , proclaiming to check for clean towels and pillowcases, never returned after promising to sort out pillow cases, no pillow cases on 4 pillows, no wifi, locked safety box, requested help with oven settings, called 6 times, staff left early, slept uncomfortably with no pillow cases, shower floor was dirty, no soap for washing hands in bathroom, no air freshener spray

Room was clean and comfortable. We requested a room with a balcony, which the receptionist assisted us with.

i liked the location and access to the mall.

the service level was very poor,1. laundry o ready2. bring your own water3. old towels that don't replaced on time4. can wait all day just to get a towel after room serviceoverall very poor service and dilapidated old rooms

The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful from the security to the receptionist.

Super location, awesome lobby, easy access to Canal Walk, 3 great restaurants on premise, super safe accommodation, the apartments were studios so small but reasonably stocked.

The apartments are great but are in need of some TLC as it is clear it has taken some wear and tear, light bulbs, showers, towels. Could be stocked better with items like basics plug converters to the 3 pronged SA plugs especially for international visitors.

The property and amenities have degraded so much it is not longer what it used to be. The latch for the balcony door was broken. There was no furniture on the balcony. The linen on the bed looked like someone had slept in it. The bed was squeaking and when I told reception they send The housekeeping manager to check my bed and said they would change it only for no one to attend to it. When I went down to reception to ask they said they have changed shifts and don’t know anything about it. The shower gel I was given was used. The dishes were rinsed not washed- I could see the previous persons lip print on the glass. The table were dirty. The towels were dirty hard and so old. Bed was squeaking so badly I wasn’t able to sleep for two nights. So I checked out at 6am when we were done packing and showering. I always stay here and it has never been so disappointing. The last time I stayed in the penthouse compared to the first time was a similar experience.

I can recommend the Residence, in particular for business travellers and city travellers.

The room was very good. I attended a conference at the Marriott hotel. The Residences are in the same building, which was very convenient. The room was quite large with a kitchen. The mall was within walking distance, so that shopping and getting drinks and food was very easy.

Room was clean and tidy . The view was exceptional

The tv channels and reception is terrible. Please try Netflix

I forgot a item of clothing and when I called about it and even went back to the facility no one could find it. So I guess the cleaning staff re appropriated it.

Fantastic huge room and huge bathroom with lots of space for luggage etc.One of the best, comfy beds ever.

Cracked/broken toilet seat.Old out of use telephone, which fell apart when I picked it up to contact reception. I was told that it does not work, I must use the other one. Then why keep it in the room?Broken handle on outside door.They only had one key for the two of us.Very complicated wifi connection method.Worst of all was when the staff member became impatient trying to explain the wifi connection method. Some of the staff were very dismissive and I got the impression that we as guests were a bother to them.The handyman was very friendly and explained to us that they cannot replace the toilet seat as they did not have the parts. I then requested them to patch up the crack with masking tape, which he did.

Loved the space and the fact that u have hussar grill on the ground floor. To give change in food and also the bar and pool area was great

Room was clean and tidy

Curtains had come off the rail and nobody bothered to repair them during the stay

It was on the 7th floor which I appreciated. Room was clean and comfortable

Few things sadly1 - one of the neighbors was smoking weed and we were not able to be on the balcony or have the door open. It was so bad I had a headache. 2 - there was only 2 towels. One was barely big enough for me. 2 Bath towels and 2 smaller towels would be appreciated3 - there was no hair dryer as stated on the form as being "in the room"

Location is great. Views are spactacular . Staff is exceptionally professional

TV was not working . I raised it many times but not resolved. It switched on but did not have any channels

The interior and the heated towels as well as the temperature.

It's a very clean and spacious apartment we were in and met our expectations

The 3rd party booking advertised that there was a bath in the apartment and on my arrival, we were told that there's no Bath in our apartment. A bit disappointed with that as the detail of the apartment when I did the booking stated that a bath is included in the apartment. Myu wife came there to relax in a bath and brought all her bathing essentials

I like the location, the setup, our first in the apartments, we’ve been in the hotel section a few times

We were in 512 - we had bedside lamps but no plugs. Not a major issue. Walking to Canal Walk is scary due to vagrants at the Canal Walk side of the bridge which is scary for a couple at 66 yrs old. If something could be done about that
