Tye location was so good, room was clean, wifi so good

Air conditioner not so good, it was working as central and after 3 days it turn to be working on Fan mood, but i asked the receptionist to turn it to work on cool mode but nothing happened.No water kettle in the roomSmall parking area

Good selection for breakfast (pastries, bread, cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, etc). Out of hours check in kiosk made checking in very easy.

It was only a really minor thing, but the pen at the check in kiosk was missing, so I had to take a photo of my room number and code on the screen.

The best self check-in experience ever, the room is a little bit small but comfortable and compact.

The hotel has a good location. It is modern and quiet. The room is cozy, the breakfast is delicious. People are very friendly and supportive. Hope to visit again!

Been to better B&B chain hotels, but bed and bathroom are comfortable and very clean, late self checkin, location close to highway, large parking, lots of ev chargers (don't know how it works when you self checkin at night)

Clean comfortable cosy room, easy check in and check out, staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was good for our purpose - getting on the highways fast. Otherwise quire far from Bielefeld centre.

Our whole corridor smelled like weed all throughout our second day. Someone was also most definitely smoking inside their room as our entire bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Obviously not the hotels fault but thought I should mention :)

Arogent staff, bad communication and not the best place for someone with a disability

They are not accomodative to persons with disabilities. I informed the hotel I am travelling alone and need help to get to my room when I arrive and they told me to travel with someone. Which is unfare who will pay for that other someone and why cant I have my peace and independence and privacy. The staff who was working on the Sunday was very arogent and I forgot my laptop charger at the hotel and phoned them and they told me they didnt see it. They need to be inclusive and ensure even persons with disabilities who want to book their facility a alone are allowed to do so

for breakfast could do with something warm - maybe scrambled eggs or warm sausages

It is not too far away from the A2 motorway so great for an overnight stay. There are plenty places to eat within walking distance.

For those with mobility problems please be aware there is no lift in this building.
