Steigenberger Hotel Bielefelder Hof

Beautiful decor and comfy bed. Huge room with lots of storage.

Very clean, comfortable and staff very friendly.

Can't fault it.

The breakfast was/is superb, equal to that in the best hotels in other parts of Western Europe. The room was spacious (as booked) and had all the necessary facilities, including a coffee machine, a teapot, and more. The reception was extremely friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel directly opposite the main station is a great advantage.

The furniture in the room could be improved, but for a four-star property, it is acceptable.

Comfy of the room and lovely breakfast

Lots of "weird" people in the area

This is an excellent hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The service was outstanding, friendly, professional, and always helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friendly staff willing to help, nice and clean room. We also got a cot for the baby which was a massive help for us!

Fantastic hotel, close to the train station. From arrival to departure the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was great and a bed so large and comfortable.

All good.

Great location, kind staff, nice bed.

Shower not appropriate for someone with mobility issues. Hotel was full so they couldn't change my room to a regular shower.

Can't fault it.

The room and bed and shower were amazing. The breakfast was unbelievable. Everyone was kind and helpful. The location was right in front of the train station which made it very convenient. Looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was perfect. The only minor issue I had was one day there were noisy protestors supporting terrorists yelling for hours right in front of the train station and hotel. At the beginning the police got rid of those lunatics but they came back later to disturb everyone and scream and yell like the lunatics they are.

Breakfast was good

We paid for a every day cleaning they skip the cleanind twice, i had to ask for toilet paper 2 times and came 3 hours later, they dont have a real restaurant, just the bar , the parking at the hotel was always full, we had to take our car to another place, because of that we decided to leave to hotel 5 days before our reservation

Bed comfortable

Terrible Internetconnection ! We could only connect via our own hotspot !

Front of desk staff were really helpful, cheery and genuine. The shower was great, good pressure, and a nifty head that had 3 settings, which all had their uses. Coffee machine was a pod system with milk so you could make a decent latte in the morning. Had a nice meal there, but there's not lots of options. However quality was good.

Been mentioned but there was like a garbage truck at 5am sweeping the streets that woke me up. They need to do a better job sound proofing the place. Not the hotel's fault as it's a location issue, but there was lots of effectively people standing in the streets taking drugs and drinking. We went for a walk after the meal and it felt dodgy.

Easy location, parking onsite

AC very poor, rooms very hot. Double beds but only single duvets in the entire hotel, never had that before anywhere, rock hard mattress. Managed around 6 hours sleep over 2 nights.

Great location that’s walking distance to the city. Room size was very spacious. Located across the street from a train station.

the hotel is excelent with a wonderfull breakfast ,parking , nice staff to help you with everything

the aria i did not like. Is right next to the train station. My remark is not regarding the hotel is about the city which looked to me too dangerous

Always feel comfortable staying at this hotel. The staff are so nice, the breakfast is so yummy and the location is so accessible.
