Excellent location , free parking , great bar and staff !

Yes we booked the room for 3 adults , the shower is all glass and open to the room , this was not going to work so we ended up having to get another room and the expense of that was not planned in our trip !

The beds were quite comfortable as others have shared and the toiletries were a great brand which I am familiar with (Rituals). I also appreciated that the beverages were included in the stay and that there was a laundry bag available for our clothes.

We found it quite hard to navigate the air con. The room was quite stuffy every time we returned and the noise from the unit was difficult to sleep through. Additionally, I booked the hotel and the receptionist more or less did not acknowledge me. She spoke directly to my partner, looked him in the eyes, very warm, and for whatever reason chose not to speak to me at all. The other two receptionists, with the glasses and the other with short hair, were very kind so I am not sure why I was essentially ignored. Ever my partner noted that her treatment or lack thereof, towards me blatantly rude.

Nice room, with view and lots of light.Comfy beds. Good breakfast. Location is close to the center.

The shower is visible from the room, so if you travel with kids just keep them busy, when showering.

As with all my reviews I speak as I find.We were a family of three using 2 rooms. My son has disabiltys.Our room was fine but My son's room had very frequent power cuts. He is deaf and given a room close to us. The power cuts would vary from 30 minutes to several hours including times when he would wake at night in total darkness with no electricity.. The room cleaning staff would attempt to reset the supply but were often unsuccessful. They reported it to the front desk along with myself on a daily basis. We were Told at first it would be looked at, only to be told officially at final check out they had no maintenance staff available over the entire weekend. Meaning it was never going to be repaired. If I had known this I would have asked for a room change. During final checkout I was not happy as you can imagine, then even more so, when after apologising at the front desk they offered us a free drink in the restaurant as we were checking out.We were misinformed at this hotel over the entire stay and an email sent directly to the hotel has not even been responded too. Very poor all round I'm afraid.Finally be aware of the weird room design at this hotel. The shower cubicle is completely open plan with direct viewing through a full length glass window directly into the living space. There is no privacy what so ever as you take a shower, as your spouse or colleague embarrassingly look on. What a strange design.Family Visitors who popped in to visit were astonished. We got around the issue by buying a few suction pads and a curtain. As you lay in bed facing the shower panel, your partner is fully visible the other side, showering. Not for us I,m afraid.. Make use of the very local cafes etc for breakfast etc which are far better value and choice than the hotel.

too dark in bathroom to shave properly, too dark in main room, the hotel is partially cut off from the city centre by huge construction site blocking access therefore do NOT trust any google navigation when you are walking to or from the hotel to the city centre

Room ac didn’t work. Very small room but good quality. Bed was a bit hospital but the room was baking hot. Worst nights sleep ever. Did complain but was told “next time we’ll give you a different room” ?. lol….. next time !

The hotel were nice and clean, and we booked two residential suites that were spacious. However, we had requested connecting rooms, which unfortunately didn’t happen. Aside from that, everything was good.

The shower room lacked privacy, which can be an issue when staying with kids.

There could be more pillows. One very soft pillow was not enough neither for me nor for my husband.

Welcoming & attentive staff, very clean, nicely appointed rooms, great & powerful shower, comfy bed, beautiful view of the town from my window. I attended the ATP Tennis Tournament in nearby Halle, and this hotel was lovely, comfortable and convenient.

Quiet hotel in the middle of Bielefeld

Great location - only a few minutes into the old town. Clean room, friendly service, mini bar in the room free to use, nice bar in the hotel, easy parking in garage next building.
