Brenner Hotel

Very clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff. Location was quiet and had a very spacious parking lot

Great service, delicious breakfast, nice location close to the motorway. Parking space available at no extra cost.

Nice and friendly personnel, amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms and free parking. We really enjoyed our stay. I recommend it

It can be a bit noisy due to traffic on the main road

Location and easy general access

Could not have access to the WiFi when we arrived at night, loud cleaning staff in the morning before 10 am. Room 406 bathroom, check left up corner.

My second time staying here and I absolutely love it, it's clean and wonderful hotel with good parking and the best steaks in Germany.

great friendly service. good breakfast

the duvet was a little short for my 1.90 m height

The room was spacious and comfortable. Facilities were as described & clean. Breakfast was good & parking was available, secure & free. When I couldn't find the details for the WiFi they did answer the phone and help even though there was no reception on Sunday afternoon

The use of a computerised key box to get in on Sunday afternoon was somewhat off putting. I had just driven right across Europe and arrived in the dark. Having to enter all my personal details into a screen outside the hotel to get access took several tries and a long time, there was no back function so when I entered unexpected data I had to start again !!! the entry of your nationality proved to be quite a lot of scrolling (it did not appear & any wrong entry was an immediate fail) on a screen in the dark when it was nearly freezing! It was not convenient and not very secure. I had done a precheckin online, but this seemed to make no difference, I still had to enter all my details again down to my ID etc. Not easy when you are dressed in Winter motorbike gear!!!! Because there was no reception, I did not go to the desk and therefore did not see the WiFi code which was there, but was not available in the room as in many hotels.

Very tasty dinner and breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Good location easy to get to from autobahn.

Non-working EV charger. Please, please please fix it and add few more. There will be more and more EV drivers and they're always happy if they can charge the car at the hotel car park. I'm happy to pay for charging, but it has to work.

Rooms were clean. Hotel is quiet, situated near S-Bahn station.

Room was a bit cold. Although there is AC available also for heating, only cold air was blowing despite being the AC set to maximum temperature.

Hotel was clean, rooms with air conditioning and comfortable beds, lovely breakfast with helpful staff

Probably nothing the hotel could do about it but the noise was awful, very loud techno music until 1am. We were tired and were not able to sleep

Size of the room, parking

No air conditioning altough room located at the last floor. Hole family of 4 remembering as worst stay ever. Trying to cool at night noone could sleep as a massive siren alarm was going off several times in the city. Was to be a quiet location for 1 night transit turned out to be a nightmare

Breakfast was very good, there was a variety of food to eat. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is very good, lots of shops nearby.

Very good hotel, clean room and very good breakfast with big variety to choose from. Friendly staff.

Big updated family room, nice biergarten with good food and a nice breakfast

Comfortable beds, spacious room, EV charger (one charger only, about 3Kw max), late check-in, dog friendly, good access from A2 motorway. Friendly staff.

Pillows could be more comfortable, no tea in the room on arrival (and reception was already closed).

Nice and clean and comfortable. Good location when driving by, parking in front and around the hotel. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast.

Location for me was perfectThe staff were very friendly and engaging. The room I had was excellent clean spacious had everything you could wish for.I only use the stairs not the lift my first impressions was It looks okay but not perfect. When I entered my room I was blown away with a high standard.

Finding it difficult it is just the stairs to the rooms.

Excellent cleanliness and very kind staff. The receptionist even helped me to repair a gift that was messed up during transport. They made it as easy as possible with checkin, etc. We would definitely stay again. The breakfast buffet was also very good, and they were able to accommodate gluten free.

Pretty warm in the room, but there was a cooler. Silly us did not take the time to figure out how to turn it on/up.

staff were friendly, clean room, good conditioning/heating system

noise at evening from pub, limited places at parking, bed too soft and big pillows. If you go to breakfast later- almost nothing to eat

Comfortable and clean room and bathroom Good value for money Breakfast Fast check in and out.

fridge doesn't cool,sheets are a bit synthetic
