There was nothing to like , I stayed up all night until around 5Am because people were screaming and partying with open windows..

Located in the historical part of the city, close to many places of interest, including restaurants, cafés and shops. Some staff members were very nice, others were just polite. The breakfast was good.

Church bells until late in the afternoon, seemingly every half an hour. I was worried they might continue through the evening but eventually stop. But for someone who wants to go to bed very early, that might be a problem.

It was a nice spacious room, the staff was helpful, there was a good restaurant down the street.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Lots of shopping, food, and bars nearby all within walking distance. The lobby was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and spacious, with large windows and comfortable beds. The bathroom was huge and equipped with more than the basics.

The hotel's parking garage was too small to fit our car, but in all fairness we did have a rather large American pick up truck, though I think anything over a cross-over SUV would be too large

Nice staff and great breakfast

No CLIMA in the rooms. Very high pillows and near the chruch, so the bells are ringing all the time.

The location was great, is in the middle of town.

The beds were really bad, and they tried putting a bed cover on the bed to make it better, it didn't work.

It’s the people that make the difference… no doubt lots of effort was made to enhance the facilities but it is the sincere smile when entering , the friendly and honest good morning at breakfast !

Loved the room and the breakfast was amazing! Greta location right in city centre. Underground parking with a car lift.

I asked to book a car parking spot in the secure parking as I was carrying charitable stores in my vehicle which were of value. I received a message saying this was booked and that there was no charge however on arrival I was charged 20 Euros. Not sure if the original message was from the hotel or from booking.com

Bathroom was advertised as shower/bath i believe, but was just a shower. And there was only a comforter on the bed, lacking a sheet, but was still comfortable

The location is perfect, right in the middle of town yet quiet at night. The employees all are very friendly and accommodating. A place I can highly recommend.

A great hotel in a prime location for a visit to Bielefeld and the Christmas Markets. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was excellent at a competitive price.

USB Charging ports in the bedroom would have been useful. As we were meeting friends regularly in the foyer, more seating would have been useful - as would have been a cash bar!

First room allocated smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Receptionist was sat outside the front door smoking with a friend

Super stay. Large bedroom, comfy large bed, very friendly personnel, and a really good breakfast. Highly recommended.
