ibis Styles Bielefeld

The property was clean and modern

They did not have an iron in the bedroom

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is in the city center, surrounded by nice restaurants and cafes. The light rail stop is also just in front of the hotel, which was very convenient for me when going to the university every day.

Clean, well situated

Room was too warm at night.

Hotel was fantastic, staff very welcoming and rooms very clean and spacious. We asked for an additional pillow on our way out one evening, and when we returned the receptionist was standing with the pillow for us. We loved that they had cut up lemon and ginger at breakfast, we are keen lemon, ginger and honey with hot water drinkers in the morning so that was a massive bonus for us to be able to have whilst away.

The location of the hotel is central and there is a metro station just in front of the hotel. The staff specifically at reception were very helpful and friendly.

A minibar in the room would have been nice.

i liked the appearance of the hotel. the large reception area with desk adjoining a well-appointed bar and well-spaced, comfortable seating, was very welcoming, as indeed was the lady at the reception desk. an elegant open stairway leads up to a spacious mezzanine floor, where the breakfast area and the gym are located. my bedroom was more spacious than expected, very comfortable and perfectly clean. the similarly spacious gym was very clean, well-aired and its equipment all in good state of maintenance.the hotel is conveniently located, about 10 minutes' walk from the main station towards the old centre, with a tram stop right before the door and several bus stops at Jahnplatz close by.All in all, a good ex.perience, to be recommended.

Amazing value for money, clean modern space, and very welcoming. The bed and bathroom were finished to the highest standards, with reliable hot water whenever needed, and great breakfast options. The staff were brilliant too, big smiles from the hardworking breakfast team and a warm welcome throughout our stay. The bar/lounge area is a great bonus, with a comfortable place to sit whether you’re having a late-night drink at the bar or waiting for a flight. Would absolutely stay here again. The location is right in the city center, with beautiful Christmas markets just a stone’s throw away. 10 out of 10!

Modern clean friendly and close to amenities

Cost for a bottle of water was to much, cheaper buying a beer. Less choice better quality of breakfast.

The location was superb, right in city centre opposite Altstadt.Rooms large and with comfortable bed. Shower and bathroom great.Breakfast standard fare continental style.Staff very friendly and helpful.Parking garage under hotel with direct access. 12Euro per day which is a reasonable price for city centre parking.

Couldn't really find anything to complain about.

Helpful staff

The breakfast on the second morning, unable to get most things due to numbers.

Great location next to a tram station and very close to city centre, comfortable rooms

The first room was facing the street so we asked for a room facing the courtyard which was happily granted even though it was technically an upgrade. In general, the hotel is exactly what you'd expect. But the beds were better than I'd hoped for. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Not one thing.

Central location, clean

Unfriendly staff, not welcoming

I didn’t stay

The stuff (women) at the disk are very disrespectful and careless.Provide rooms different than the one we booked, the reception lied at the customer service from booking in the phone by telling wrong stuff.Booked room size 24 square meters and provided room size 15 or 18 square meters.

Nice big room and good breakfasts

No safe or fridge in the room. And ordering water and tea very expensive

Good breakfast. Clean and modern.

Very spacious rooms.Super central location Friendly staff Very good value for money

Nothing to complain

Excellent hotel in the town that doesn’t exist. Perfectly clean, wonderful staff, fabulous breakfast. What more could you ask for!

Staff, cleanliness, comfort, peace and quiet.

nice central location

ac didnt work, couldnt turn it down, got upgraded to a room with a minibar but that also did not work

Great location, very friendly staff. Really good breakfast. Rooms were big and beds were big and comfortable. We could stay there again anytime.
