Hotel is very well kept, surrounding are very nice and staff are very nice. The price is fine too

Very convenient location; it stands just in front of the train station, but it was not noisy.Simple but practical room settings; the table and the stools were pretty good. The bed was also good.Convenient code key: No need to do anything for check-out thanks to the code key! Check-in maschine is available.

Very convenient for the main railway station. Room exactly what I'd expect from a budget hotel, and much better than I thought it might be from reading all the reviews. Clean, satisfactory temperature, fairly comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, free wi-fi worked well (I've had problems recently in some places), only noisy if window open (and then not very noisy - very quiet when window closed). Reception staff spoke good English. I was able to leave my case at reception (free of charge) after I checked out and pick it up during the afternoon when I was actually leaving Bielefeld. I arrived after 8.30pm on a public holiday (Easter Monday) - later than planned due to a train cancellation - but there was an Asian restaurant half a minute away which was still open and I was able to get a cooked meal (a buffet).

Nothing really - it did what it needed to do. Only thing was one of the reception staff didn't give a very good professional impression due to his appearance (wearing tracksuit trousers, which were not pulled up properly and were exposing significantly more than would be regarded as "business professional"). But otherwise, he was definitely professional and business-like! (And the other receptionist, on in the morning, was appropriately dressed.)

Rotten fruit at breakfast; staff that doesn't care . Parking space full, send us to public paid parking that charge you 3 euro per hour . You can't pay the park because the card doesn't work, ask help from the staff hotel and they say "I don't care about it".... AVOID

Well located to the city and station. Easy check in and out. Quiet location and clean.

The facilities in the rooms could have been better. No hairdryer, safe or mini fridge. One day our room was not cleaned or the beds remade (which I had paid for).Also, the breakfast included option was very expensive, €12 per day! It was cheaper to eat at a nearby bar at the station...which was worth the inconvenience.

It was clean, comfortable, staff was nice and helpful,car park next to hotel and very close to city centre.

We are travelling and stayed here for one night. Rooms are nice, there is airco which was needed. Shower was ok, beds and pillows good. Breakfast was ok as well, coffee was terrible.

The staff dont seem to enjoy their jobs. They look at you and communicate with you like they dont want you to be here.

HUGE spider in the room running around in the bathroom.Feeling of insecurity around the train station.We were told there were plenty of parkings available at the hotel, but when we arrived it was full and we had to pay 20 eur for a parking in a parkhouse.

Good location, comfortable beds.

Property states to have limited parking, however it seems that half of the parking spots were used for service cars. The parking options were either on the street, next to the station or garage parking for 25€ per night. Not very pleasant options. Also, the property had unpleasant odour. In general the property is ok for one night, but too expensive for the quality offered.

No directions to parking. Impossible to find when you do not know the place. We had to park on steet in very "party" area full of empty bottles.

Self check in . Close to station. Clean. I refered to the hotel service after three weeks with a request and they were soo professional and even provided a persanell who speaks my language. Custom friendly. Easy to check in. Covinient location. Next time I will stop here definitely! This time I had a round trip visiting three countries and sty in B&B hotel was the most pleasant.
