Stayed many times over the years, Cenral position, parking underneath and proximity to good eating places especially Knigge for coffee.

Staff were helpful and friendly.great location. Near lots of restaurants and cafes.

No coffee pot in room and charged me coffee at breakfast restaurant. Also no mini fridge and ice machine - couldn't keep drinks cold.

I have stayed in this hotel many times in the past, but this stay felt like I was staying in a deserted, building. it is a very tired looking place and does need some love and attention paid to it and all the fixtures and fittings

The check-in was quick and easy. Because there is a direct connection between the underground car park and the hotel, we didn't have to walk long to get to the hotel. The location is very picturesque.

The room was not all too clean. There were some stains on the tapestry and the bed and there were black spots between the tiles in the shower. I also wasn't sure why the housemaids didn't clean our room but that might just be a misunderstanding.

Staff is very helpful and good attitude to all request done. Breakfast is very good and with a lot of choisies

The quality level has decrease, the rooms are not given the proper maintenance and deep cleaning, the bathtub with black fungus on their tiles. There is not cover in the mattress so you can find hairs from previous guests.

the staff are kind and caring and always happy to accommodate requests (like earlier check ins, where possible) the location is ideal! it’s equally great that there is parking lot just below the hotel pricing is also reasonable

very hot rooms (no air conditioning ) windows don’t tilt back (so you either have them fully open or closed)pillows haven’t been changed in years (very flat and tired) would be great to have both mattress and pillow protectors we had gum on the wall in our room sad that the mini bar facilities have been removed no anti slip in the showers (so brace yourself)

I booked several rooms for family and friends in the hotel because I got married close by. I went in person one week before to make sure all the booking were correct since every time I spoke on the phone the receptionist was not able to give me accurate answers. I spent two hours explaining the bookings modifications (name changes and some room cancellations), all these modifications were confirmed by booking.com but apparently not in their system. I spent two hours giving them all the accurate bookings but still they made mistakes. They wanted to charge me 1 night extra for one of the rooms because they didn't set up the nights properly. They charged breakfast for some of the rooms even though they didn't take it (they even charged two breakfast per day in a room where there was only one guest). Every single guest complained to me about the receptionist, who was making mistakes with their names and seemed not able to do her job properly. In the end they overcharged me 211 euros, which were reimbursed after complaining the last day to the manager. I got very pissed, because in the beginning she said that she was reimbursing me the room "in good will", like she was doing me a favor for charging me correctly. I worked in many hotels and never seeing such unprofessional and unprepared staff in my life. Besides that, the rooms have lack of lights (I guess to save some money), there are no lights in the ceilings, only standing lamps. The corridors and the patio are empty, with no decoration, I had the feeling of staying in the hotel of the movie "The Shining", a bit creepy. I would never stay in this hotel again

Location is perfect, except that the hotel is vey old, The oldest hotel I have ever stayed in my life. You should urgently renovate it.
