Quiet and nice place

Distance from parking to lobby is somehow long

The shower toiletries were empty and shame customers need to pay for parking.

The hotel is in parkland on a hill overlooking Bielefeld and is very quiet, although I heard some ambient noise during the night, probably from ventilators on the roof. A 10-15 minute walk downhill to the city, and a 15-20 minute walk back up the hill.The bar has Sky TV and I watched a Premier League match live. Very nice breakfast. Free parking outside.

My room was next to the cleaning room. I was very tired in the morning and woke up to the noise. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything is clean with a beautiful location and hospitable staff.

The elevator was a bit problematic and there was no kettle in the room.

The room was clean but obviously old. Some stains on the comforter (not the sheet), stains on the wall, older furniture but the bathroom was new and very clean. The room was cleaned nicely

The hotel was satisfactory. There was nothing outstanding about the hotel. I understand it was the Christmas period, but closure of the restaurant was disappointing.The staff were helpful, but did not go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Their attitude was very ‘matter of fact’. I spoke with several other guests staying at the hotel and they felt the same atmosphere.

The impersonal nature of the staff and the lack of ‘ Christmas cheer’ at the seasonal time.

Breakfast is expensive, but the food quality and selection is not adequate to the price. In general you feel that hotel should be renovated. inside the room is quite OK, but also small things like missing handle in window, not refilled shampoo at shower, etc.

I was unable to connect with the Cloud Internet, on my laptop.

the hotel booked us a double room instead of double room with sofa bed. But offered us an additional room free of charge

fridge did not work, one bath and hand towel to share between 2 people

Lovely location, easy check in and out. Staff was very pleasant . The restaurant staff very friendly and lovely food.

Some repairs needed. Outside need a clean of the walls. Room had one socket loose and a hidden away bottle of nose spray in the lamp.

Location and Breakfast are Perfect! Rooms are ok nothing special and the staff are really friendly.

Nothing serious the fridge wasn't cold and had 2 big fly's in the room...

Bathroom was not cleaned well. Coffee/tea in the room is dissapointing and water jar needs descaling.
