Western Dreams Hotel

Advertising no match to reality. I was a horrible experience. I had to leave within 2 hours. It was a dump not worth $5 per day.

Everything was WRONG. You should take it out of your offering.

Friendly staff, good room, location provides easy access to CBD for business

The Service was exceptional and I loved how quick the kitchen staff were .Loved the room I stayed in and I hope to visit again when next I am in abuja .It was very serene and I was able to locate the property without any issues .Will definitely recommend .

Nothing.I have nothing to complain about regarding my stay and the property .

The serenity of the environment, the food and internal staff customer relationships

I wish the environment was more spacious

The location of the hotel is great, also there has been an upgrade compared to the last time I was there. Their staff and customer service were very nice and welcoming. The Food was great as well. I enjoyed my stay and experience at western dreams

I didn’t really have any issues with their services

Honestly, I read the reviews and was very skeptical, seeing as this was the closest place to the venue of the event I came for. But it was really nice, the lovely front desk staff was helpful even when I needed local transportation. She informed me that the hotel facilities were renovated and upgraded. Which kinda explains why it was very clean and comfortable.

Well, food can be cooked without murdering the pallets with pepper. ?I’ll rate the service with food 7.5/10, maybe the spice levels and etiquette for serving for needs to be looked into

It was the poorest and most unkept hotel I have ever seen. I was debited 22,000 on my gtbank account via the hotel's gtbank pos on the 8/06/2023 at about 16:36hr and they claimed they didn't see the credit. Only for them to forcefully make me to make another transfer of 22,000 to their account which made it 44,00 I paid for a standard room. Hotel management board should please look into that hotel beacsue they are bunch of thieves and dupe. I will make sure to spread this information around social media for people not to fall victim again.

Going to Western dreams hotel is like taking yourself to kidnappers den. People please stay away from this hotel

Location only.

They don't clean rooms. They only dress the beds without changing sheets and towels. When reported they said that's how they do it.

is located in town

the appearance on internet is deceptive, there is no 24 hour power services, the bedsheets smells and stained, when you call for kitchen services it take 1 hour to prepare common breakfast, and it turns out not nice

I can't say there is anything good about this hotel. My first reaction when I entered my room was how did this hotel find its way to booking.com?

it's a breeding ground for infections. very dirty and unkept. cleaning trolling litter the corridors on all floors, naked electrical sockets, let me not talk about the toilet and bathroom, you will need to book a night for you to appreciate my feedback but good luck with your experience

Like it bcos it's location is ok locatable

The food, the cook didn't try at allThe prize is high but no light during the dayEtc

I can't pick anything except the food.

The hotel generally, the room, facilities, female receptionist was too money concious. Thier POS transaction failed and she was busy chessing me around to make payment using other means, secondly up till today 11th June i have notreceived a reversal. Lastly the hotel is overpriced. And the price in booking.com wasn't what I paid. I paid higher than what i booked. Booking.com you need to carryout a thorough assessment of hotels before putting them on your site, otherwise it will run down your buisness

The breakfast was awful with bad cooking oil used to fry the egg.

The maintenance of the facility is bad with tiles browning,no good remote for tv and air conditioner and liquid soap for both washing and bathing.

The staff were warm and pleasant

The Wifi did not work in the guest rooms. I changed my room, there was no internet too. They only have active internet at the lobby perhabs to make the prospective customers believe they have internet

Staff were helpful and courteous

Room was dusty and dirty on arrival. Mirror was broken. Had to call their attention to it and wait while they cleaned.

the location is good, nice serene.

the fact I was told to pay for the coffee that came with yam and egg especially when I only requested yam for cos there was bread. same thing happened today when there was no bread and I requested for noodles. I had to make my displeasure known to the supervisor before the bill was withdrawn.then, I couldn't access the wifi from my room.

I like the bed. It was really comfortable. The room was clean.

1. The satellite TV was not functioning properly.2. The toilet was not exactly clean.3. We could not find the AC remote.

Internet Wi-Fi

Facility in d room was poor with bad TV and poor screen with no cable TV

The location is closer to where I visited for my assignment.

No WiFi. Services are very slow.

The location was close to the venue of my event

Did not get the value of amount paid
