- Great hotel, i did not expect it be like it is: clean, location perfect, staff, food, responsiveness etc.... everything is super goodRecommend to everyone, desserts are super delicious, do not contain to much sugar which i like.... could have more choice of gluten free and less sugar food.
- Food and rooms were good. Pool was dirty and in very bad shape. Inside swimming pool disaster. This hotel was certainly in the passed a top hotel but became now not at all a 5 star anymore.

- We chose this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. We had requested room decorations to mark the occasion, which were confirmed but never provided. More significantly, the air conditioning was a major issue. The room was uncomfortably hot, a serious concern as we were traveling with our baby. We were told that the air conditioning system is only operational from June to September, a policy that is frankly unacceptable for a five-star hotel.
- Taxi order, i placed the order in the evening and in the morning found out that it was not ordered..... it was a bit unpleasant...but it was resolved quickly
- I got stomach pain and a gastric problem after 10 days. The last 5 days were quite painfull. I had to stay in bed with fever and stomach pain and could not eat. I lost 9 kilos in 5 days. I wonder if the food is always cleaned with bottle water as there might be some bacteria not under control.I think that there is still work that can be done in the garden. Part of it is still unfinished.

The hotel is very nice and people were very nice. We liked the decoration and luxury of the environment

So bad service and they don't have a room service
the beds doesn't comfortable and the AC doesn't working in the room

Beds.Twin beds for couple are very uncomfortable, beds were old as well. Service in the bar.
