Superb location for weekend away in Utrecht.
Very clean, rather comfortable beds (for my taste a little too hard, but my sister thought they were perfect), cute little seat at the window, elevator, mini fridge
Clean, spacious, modern facilities, easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location for a business dinner in the indeed very nice Badhuis restaurant!

Cons -

When showering, the water splashes out quite a bit. But it's not a big problem. No contact at all with the hotel personel, but I'm sure we could've found someone to ask questions to in case we had any.
Step due to height difference in the floor should be better marked!! I walked into the room, didnt see the height difference (see pics how difficult it is to see) and fell flat out on the floor either luggage and all. Painful entry! Instead of placing conditioner at the sink, hand soap would be more useful and preferred (see pic). Also, pumps of the soap bottles should be functioning. Pouring out soap straight from the bottle is not very practical and pretty messy.

Clean, spacious, modern facilities, easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location for a business dinner in the indeed very nice Badhuis restaurant!
