- Only one lifeguard for tow swimming pools in different areas.
- Hip hop music when trying to relax
- Landing carpets were filthy, some breakfast staff were moody, breakfast arrangement was badly laid out, beds were not comfortable, no private beach section belonging to hotel although Nissi beach is very close, bar drinks quite expensive.

The breakfast buffet, the pool and the many options of things to do and places to eat.
Two of the women who worked at the front desk reception area or not that helpful. I got the feeling that they did not like their jobs.
