Very poor

The hotel is fine for the price asked. The BIG issue is security. While I was changing in my room, around 23:00, somebody opened the door to my room by typing the lock code. Clearly some people still have the door code, which is not acceptable, or worse staff is want to pay a visit to sleeping customers to sing a lullaby? Safety first. Hence my low score. This must be addressed posthaste.

The reception and room space

They gave us only foot towels, and the following say the noise of the cleaning ladies started at 7am, it is like staying in a hostal or sleeping in a “favela”, so much noise… the cleaning ladies scream at each other and call eachother from far places in the corridor…. and she tried to open the door many times to claim cleaning even after check out time (11am),.

Modern and clean

There was no hot water available, during winter this was quite inconvenient.

Convenient location from the autoroute. Next to Park and Ride for easy access to Metz centre. Basic but perfect for an overnight stop. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Limited evening dining

Clean room but we had to ask for the room to cleaned every day and for 3 nights they did not change the sheets

The locks on the door worked with a code and a stranger came into our room by accident

We arrived by car, parking was plentiful and lot was secured in the evening. The staff was super friendly; French, obviously, not my first language. We chose not to have breakfast at the facility simply because we didn't know when we were going to head out, however when I was having difficulty with the coffee vending machine in the lobby, the front desk gal told me to go get some coffee from the dining area. Very kind of her. The facility was super quiet even though it was brimming with people.

For some reason, we had a handicap acessible room, which made showering difficult. My husband is over 6' tall, and keeping the water in the no barrier shower wasn't really possible. We really should of just returned to the front desk and asked for a different room. The bed was probably the least comfortable bed we've slept in while traveling for some time. A memory foam would have been a better choice for more people I think. To acess the P and R lot about 500 meters away, you have to walk along a very busy street. It would be really great if they ran a shuttle for families with young kids, or elderly with mobility issues that want to use the bus to go into Metz. Especially at Christmas market season.

Big double bed with an amazing breakfast in the morning.

There was an incident with the room #. I went to someone else's room ans was able to.open their door. They were shocked and so was I. Rooms open by code # and I ahould have only been able to open the room I was given. Room #'s need to be clearly written too.

The bed was clean and comfortable, and overall the room appeared tidy.

I arrived around 2 p.m. The toilet seat was broken. It was too warm in the room, and I couldn’t make the temperature go down. I tried to use the air conditioning, but the system wouldn’t go below 22 °C — even when I set it lower, it went back to 22 °C automatically, and the cooling mode stayed disabled.When I arrived, it was raining outside. I couldn’t open the only window without letting water in, and there was almost no airflow. Later, when it finally stopped raining, I kept the window open to get some air — and that’s probably how a spider got into the room.The soap dispenser was badly installed; soap fell on the floor without me noticing, and the same issue happened in the shower.The windows outside were full of spider webs.Finally, one really unpleasant detail: although check-out is supposed to be by 11 a.m., someone knocked on the door and opened it around 9 a.m. without waiting for my answer. Then, around 10 a.m., someone else came again and opened the door. I left the room at 10:58. I could have shouted, but I don’t like shouting.

Does what it says on the tin, functional, clean & secure parking. No frills!

24hr check in, basic room but comfortable and has everything you need.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice parking in front of the hotel behind a fence, several EV chargers.

We didn't like a strong smell of some kind of air-refresher that was present in the room. Breakfast offer was limited. Corridor to the room looked somewhat dusty. Unstable water temperature in the shower.
