Cons -
- Location , cleanliness
- you can either have a twin room with bath or double with shower. Disabled facilities only come with a double bed. Doesn't make sense
- Arrived at the hotel to be told that it was full and that they didn’t have the room that we booked available but receptionist was helpful and found us another hotel which was very bad and not like the one we booked.

I booked a family room and tHen when I got there they gave me a two separate rooms.
It was very very dirty
Location, big room , the staff are professional.
Location, EV chargers, friendliness of staff.
Very dated and worn out furniture
Best Ibis we've stayed in! Excellent hotel ... and food!!
The hotel didn't have any record of our from Booking.com,! Fortunately, there were rooms available. If this had happened in the summer, this may not have been the case!
There is enough space for parking. The room was good. There were some games in the hall. So there was a chance to play chess or table football.
We booked a room for two adults and one child with breakfast and dinner included. When we came to the restaurant to have dinner, we were told that dinner was included for adults only and that we should pay for the child additionally. We were slightly surprised as we paid for the room for adults and a child with breakfast and dinner. I had to go to the reception to clarify what was happening and why we should pay for the child again. Thanks to the receptionist, he solved the issue. However, it was an unpleasant situation.
Very helpful staff and good kitchen. Clean facilities.
The gym was too small.
The staffs were kind and very helpful.
Upon arrival the room wasn't completely clean, the reception staff had to remove the dust around the bedside and clean the dirty table for us seeing that the cleaners had already left. However, this didn't help as the Kids room was still dusty, toilet papers were missing, carpet smell was unbearable. Fortunately, the reception Staffs were kind enough to assist us by reimbursing us.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The restaurant, unfortunately or maybe, fortunately, we were sitting with full view of the kitchen. We witnessed some basic and very worrying hygiene standards by one staff member, i.e., handling raw meat, no hand washing before preparing other food. Tasting food and using the same spoon to serve the food. NOT GOOD
The location was good. Close to the highway. The room was spacious. Staff was friendly.
We booked two adjoining rooms with a door in between. But when we checked in we got two rooms opposite of each other. When we told this at the reception they said they had 2 big groups so it was not possible. But the option was there on booking.com. The room was not so quiet. You could hear the neighbours talking and there was some kind of disco outside.
Friendly staff and a nice restaurant. Loads of parking.
The room had some mold and did not smell that nice.
The location was good, reception was good and the restaurant was good.
The room smelt like a locker room. Stale BO. The shower was mouldy. The bed had a plastic mattress protector, which made it incredibly uncomfortable. The sheet did not fit so every time we moved we stuck to the plastic mattress protector. Strongly suspect the bed had bed bugs as we came away with spots over our bodies. Might have been sweat rash. Either way, not good.
The service at dinner and the outdoor space at rear.
The bar was dirty. Ordered a Pepsi for my son and was shocked to see the flat remains of a 2 litre bottle poured into a glass. There was also a dead fly on my cheese at breakfast.
Monitored and well illuminated parking with electric charger.Location close to the highway was very convenient for us, using this as a overnight stop on our roadtrip.Stuff was very pleasant and helpful.Common area around reception, though small, is quite cosy and nice.
Rooms are fairly outdated and need refresh.Pillows were very poor quality, making sleep quite uncomfortable.Rooms were clean as much as it was possible having in mind age and maintenance situation.I understand the seasonal effect but IMHO, this kind of accommodation should never exceed EUR100 per night... So, in our case well overpriced for what it has to offer.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, foyer was large with various games and the onsite restaurant was excellent.
Nothing to dislike but as the weather was extremely warm a swimming pool would have kept me there for a few more days
The staff were super helpful and Kind. There was a mix up with the booking and they took time to set it right. They explained they’re always available by phone, before booking to ensure the rooms are correct for our family.
The hotel is easy to find on the outskirts of Cambrai with ample free parking available. The staff are friendly and polite and speak good English. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed.
Good location for an overnight stop to Czech Republic. Supper served until 10pm. Parking ok for car and trailer
Pretty rundown, rooms tired. Didn’t stay for breakfast as very expensive .
