Best Western Plus Palatin Kongresshotel

Great breakfast with quality and variety.Great room with a nice view.Bathroom also is great.

GYM was not accessible using my room's card, had to ask front desk for access.

The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Bed was comfortable.Fine breakfast.

The price for breakfast is too high. (20€/person/night)

The people working at reception were very kind and accommodating, especially with our late arrival on an evening just before Christmas. The rooms were good, and we were able to eat at the restaurant.

clean, safe, neat and tidy

impersonal and boring rooms

Comfortable rooms Great Breakfast Very pleasant Staff

Location was ideal for us. Room was a good size. Spotlessly clean. Shower was excellent

Coffee making facilities were meagre

Charger for my EV available. There was a problem when I tried to disconnect in the morning but hotel technician fixed it. Very confortable beds, rooms and bathrooms.

We couldnt choise a table for breakfast. My kids wanted to sit next to the window but those tables were not ready and we were directed to a different table. I would welcome if we can get some discount in case we connect 2 rooms into one family stay.

Stay away.

Restaurant and bar is open only occasionally. Fitness room doesn't earn its name: no water, no towels, old devices. Order at restaurant has been forgotten. 4 and a half stars? Never! The hotel ceased to exist in the 80s. Will never come back again...

stop off en route to the eurotunnel. Bit more dated than most BW’s but room was nice, comfortable and dark! Perfect for a good nights sleep.

Rooms were perfect in every detail Cleaning was very thorough Staff very helpful happily providing drinks after bar was shut Wifi in rooms exceptional Were a large group overstayed breakfast with no pressure to leave

a great stay ... very clean ..great bed ... rooms good size

Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good.

I think the breakfast could be in with the room price. Seemed a little much.

Great facilities and a good location for walking into to the town centre.Clean and tidy rooms, with ample car parking. Good breakfast and attentive staff.

The beds are comfortable.

The address is wrong in Booking. I copyed and past to Google maps and it brought me to a second building, with no way to enter. There was a note informing to do the check-in cross the street, but there was nothing there. I spent 25 minutes trying to reach the reception on the phone until got an answer to enter the hotel in another street. No apologies, no promises to update the address online to the right one.

Pleasant

There was a party in the same complex. The music from that party was present in the room (till 04:00).

breakfast was great good selection of different foods, room was spacious and comfortable very clean , staff was helpful and kind

That parking expenses were seperate

Does the job. Free access to easy fitness is a plus

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

Friendly staff, good location.

AC would be helpful in the room
