My booking says free breakfast but i was charged for it at the hotel twice even i showed them the proof that i have free breakfast

The staff is veeery friendly, the room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

The location only

unfortunately I am had a very bad experience. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and it was extremely hot inside. There was no water, no tea, and none of the basic amenities usually provided to guests.In addition, there was no one available to help with the luggage, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and almost unusable. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I don’t plan to return.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality of service for future guests.

The room was tidy and the linens seemed fresh. The hotel overall felt comfortable and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

It could be cleaner and I wish they had replaced the bed instead of adding an extra mattress.

You need to have a car or certain kind of transportation the area is a bit isolated but you are close to the city centre

A hotel situated in the business district 12 km from the city centre. It is an average hotel without anything special. The internet was not working properly.

There was nothing to be liked.

Firstly, as we tried to check in, even though we booked a twin room, the hotel staff said all twin rooms are full and when we showed them our booking, they said it is booking.com fault and we don't know why it is this way. We had to request them and suddenly they had a twin room available. The room was not at all as shown on your application. There was no lock in the bathroom door, no tissues, no dustbin in the washroom. The shower door was such that you could barely get into the shower. After requesting for the tissues and the dustbin (for which we had to go down to the reception as there was no reception number mentioned on the telephone), nobody came to the room to give us the things we requested for. Even the mattresses on the bed slipped off the bed.

Very bad internet, no safe at the rooms, no refrigerator, or coffee machine in the room.

Clean calm and the staffs are welcome and professionals

Good but the invoice wasn’t sent on time and needed to remind multiple time and comeback to facility to obtain it
