- Hospitality, friendly staff
- Friendly staff, restaurant food was ok but waiters and service was very good.
- Perfect location near the airport. Great dinner. Finally got the right room which was just right. Staff very understanding. Every 30 min shuttle to airport reliable and very convenient.
Cons -
- We were first given a dark dingy room but went downstairs and asked for a better room, which we got and loved. No extra charge but clearly an upgrade.
- We had to ask 2 times in person at the front desk and 2 times by phone to get an extra towel. Only one towel was provided.
