Somebody kept knocking on my door the shower had hair and mold

The restaurant was excellent, and affordable in comparison with surrounding restaurants. The hotel and restaurant was dog-friendly.

The only uncomfortable item was the pillows in the bedroom. We would have loved to have a small refrigerator in the room.

The hotel staff is great. Breakfast also very nice, with finally some freshly cooked eggs (instead of that pre-cooked "mud" that you now find in most hotels!)Restaurant is also very good, in particular I recommend the steaks.Parking easy and accessible.

The temperature in the room was really too warm.Please set to a lower temperature ...

The disposition of the toilet/ sink and shower is very tight, not really comfortable. The mattress was hanging on the edges and the bed frame moving on reels/ not fixed. The room was too hot, despite low radiator settings.

Breakfast was good. Before arrival a family member joined at last minute. The staff member who organised a change of room was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble!! The road network leading to and from this hotel is excellent from all directions!!

The Hotel has an excellent location with a lot of green space around it. It is well connected, very welcoming, comfortable. The breakfast is fine, the staff very friendly.

Comfortable room, nice balcony. The staff were ALL amazing, went out of their way to assist . Breakfast was good, meats, cheese , bread , yogurt and muffins . Hotel is about 20-30 minutes by car from Zurich. Nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Free bottled water every day in the room.

The only negative would be the WiFi, it kept dropping just a little annoying nothing major.

Loads of parking And check in and out was great! People in restaurant was also very pleasant

Bed was too soft and not comfortable people in parking lot did not respect the guests but not the hotels fault

Great place to stay. On-site restaurant was great as well. We will stay again for sure in the future

Compared with some years ago ( Covid?) , for breakfast there is nobody staff.....

Lovely room, good breakfast, eggs and coffee made on request. Helpful staff. Good location. Bus stop outside hotel.

Carpet needs replacing. Stains on it upstairs.

Everything was great. The reception staff was nice and welcomed us warmly, was helpful providing information, ordered taxis etc. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is same everyday, fair enough. Hotel is walking distance to Migros and Coop.

Cleanliness can be improved - esp the floors. It looked poorly stained and poorly maintained.

The old fella at the restaurant/reception could be more polight and at least smile as i didnt get the room for free - i paid for it. No ac, extremely hot. Poor breakfast extremely. No value for money.

I reserved two double bed rooms with breakfast. The hotel rooms are very clean. But the toilet and bathroom is very small. The summer site the rooms are very hot. We asked 2 fans for each rooms. They provided 2 stand fans otherwise anyone cannot stay at room. The staff's are very kind and room services are very good.

The breakfast every day the same menu. And when the menu items finished not refilling. Every time we have to ask and have to wait.

No staff on reception, needed to wait, asked for kettle to boil water in the room. not sure why basics not available. The towels were old and threads around the edges. My wife had broken ankle so was unable to pick things up and had to get staff to deliver to room. seems an inconvenience not a service. As a community hotel needs to be improved.

The staff were very friendly. the carparking was great and the location near parks lake and pools is excellent. But you do need a cardinner was really nice

No airconditioning in the room and it was 35 degrees. They supplied a fan when I asked, But make sure you book room one in summer as it and another room are the only ones with airconditioning. breakfast was very basiconly one staff member spoke English. Reception is only open till 1500So a very unusual place to stay but pleasant nevertheless
