- We enjoyed our stay with 3y.o., so many activities for kids and great playgroup. Amazing food, nice clean pools. Beach is a bit further.
- It was our second stay, since last year me and my family fell in love with the hotel, staff and facility.Unfortunately, this year the staff was not friendly at all since our first step on it.It started with our check in, when the front desk officer - three times my size, was extremely rude , banging on the desk in front of me and my 5 years old child at 9:30pm, asking for passports and demanding where exactly to locate them. And after my husband park the car and came the staff member immediately changed his attitude. I couldn’t believe my eyes and ears.Next morning I went and asked to have a chat with the manager. Nothing happened overall. I had to go and ask our room to be cleaned. The housekeeper was coming very early, asking only if we need towels and water. And later they never came back. The pools were clean, food was delicious, kids club was great .
- There was a great choice of food and I think everybody could find something they liked. Dishes were regularly replaced. It's a shame that the hotel pictures don't give a fair reflection of what food was on offer when we booked, but I'll try and provide more detail below:Breakfast: croissants, churros, pancakes, bacon, sausage, egg (fried, scrambled, omelette), beans, salad, vegetables, cereal, fresh bread, fruit, juice Lunch and dinner changed daily but usually with a good choice of salads and various hot meals including freshly grilled meats, salads, vegetables, pasta and fish and some fried foods. Desserts were good too with ice creams with toppings and sauces, and some cakes/muffins. The snack bar by the pool had toasted sandwiches, hotdogs, hamburgers, fries, chicken nuggets and saladThe choice of drinks was amazing too with Cruzcampo on tap and red, white, rose wines. A couple of cocktails were included in the package and I opted for Piña Colada. There were non-alcoholic drinks such as slush and mojito and Piña colada with a selection of fizzy drinks too (coca cola, fanta, sprite, lemonade, iced tea) and the hot drinks were very good too with a choice of teasStaff were friendly and helpful. I think it helped that I speak Spanish.Room was comfortable with comfy beds and cleaned daily. The hotel was well-kept and tidy with well-kept gardens and landscapesThe pools were very nice. Clean and high-quality. There is one pool which gets crowded and is closer to the music and events, but we opted for the quieter pool. The splash park was very good fun and my daughter loved it. The evening show (mini-disco) was also fun and my daughter loved it, especially Barcy (the hotel mascot).
Cons -
- You can hear everything from other rooms.
- I mentioned pretty much everything on the top section. When you go on holiday, you certainly don’t expect to be treated poorly and aggressively.
- The bathroom seemed a bit dangerous and had to take extra care not to slip as there were very sharp edges and I imagine somebody could really hurt themselves there. It could do with a couple of handles or something to aid getting in/out and maybe older guests may struggle with that.I wanted to use the safe in the room but reception said that this was extra to rent it which was annoying and a bit unnecessary. But it didn't feel unsafe. The food wasn't always piping hot as I usually like. There was a microwave though which I didn't use but this might put some off. Sometimes the meats were a little over-cooked and dry. Perhaps with the chefs opting to over-cook rather than undercook. Dinner time could be a little chaotic with staff rushed off their feet to clean tables and sometimes. Some children were bouncing balls around which I'm sure is not allowed but I witnessed it. Sometimes we struggled to get a sunbed if we were a little later getting up. They could probably do with a few extra.

Found the food to be excellent…..snack bar was really good…..everything was very accessible…..the whole hotel and pool areas was very clean…..the foam party was excellent
Rooms could be cleaner….door ledges snd mirrors
Quite beautiful area and at 10 min walk from the beach.Attention for limited mobility guests, there is a really steep hill to get to the hotel.
All Inclusive but not quite.indeed you have some main drinks and restaurant access with the regular all inclusive package BUT:If you would like to have a Gin+Tonic in Gin Tonic glass you need to have the O+ Package, otherwise you get your Ginto in a plastic Cup or at best in a long drink glass :)Restaurant cleanliness has a loot of room for improvement.Constant smell of old grease.Broken tiles and dirty walls.Clearly not an establishment that looks forward to improve themselves. Was never asked how are stay is going at any point, not even when we did the check-out.Only a small panel with a QR code to scan and provide a feedback, panel located next to the main restaurant.
Splash pool, quality of food, drinks and snacks and kids entertainment. If you stay in the family room facilitates are great.
Staff was rude to me and not to my non Black husband who came for a room upgrade. Double rooms facing parking are depressing and have a cliff drop where kids could get hurt. Location is atleast an hour from the airport therefore best to hire a car for moving around the island.
Nothing Actually I would say that staff tried to keep the rooms clean and outer areas .The issue was the food and the reception man .
The hotel is on the top of an extremely steep hill .I am into fitness as is my partner however this was unbelievable we managed it but I would say we nearly collapsed at the top with our suitcases .On arrival to the reception we was given our room .Going into our room was like going into a homeless property ie : basic with extremely hard uncomfortable furniture .The room was cleanish but furniture awful .We then went down for dinner having an all inclusive stay but we’re greeted by slippy floors ,children everywhere ,food that looked overcooked ,reheated and something resembling prison food .I ate what I could and then saw a bit of the show which was awful with kids sliding and running everywhere .Breakfast he next day awful again ,dishes that were not even breakfast but tea food .Reheated from days before .I was on the second day ill with stomach ache which I felt was due to the food .We upgraded to gold allInclusive and the only difference here was it was slightly cleaner .I spent three days unwell due in my opinion to the food .Worst food ever experienced .Hotel note a 1 star .When I told the reception about me being ill due to the food he laughed .
Plenty of food all day. Plenty of activities for kids. Multiple pools and splash pads, and slides for entertainment.
The staff weren't very helpful at reception
Well, not much. Our son liked the aquapark and the heated pool in the hotel, that was actually also the reason for our stay.
The hotel is not the worst, but don’t expect the quality that its star rating suggests. If anything, it might be a three-star hotel at best, or even lower. It’s an old building that is also quite crowded, so there probably isn’t much time for proper maintenance. Cleaning is very superficial, the reception is overloaded, so even the smallest issue takes ages to resolve. We stayed in a standard room—there were no other options available. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the beds were covered with some kind of rubber sheet and were very uncomfortable. It was extremely dusty, with all surfaces covered in dust. But the worst part is the noise. The walls seem to be made of paper—I can't explain it otherwise. You can hear EVERY single word from the neighboring room. It’s insane! The food is average; it’s bearable for three days, but luckily, we were leaving by then. The dining area is almost always packed, with long lines everywhere...
Definitely the weather and location was ok close to the ocean
We had very weird situations with payment. They didn’t take money through booking, we must paid for our stay in the hotel and the exchange there is awful if you pay in different currencies like us in £ than euro BE CAREFUL! They have very doggy transfers for payment that change crazy amount for not paying in euros. Don’t use their cash machine also they charge 5€ for taking 20€ also if you would like to cancel there is no way it will happen, it will work as you accepted ( scam ) The best is use Revolut but they have only one terminal that accept payments from it so ask for it. This is what I’ve done and save more than 100€ in exchange and paid through Revolut. Food in Toscana restaurant was horrible. Other than that was ok but not great for the price
The swimming pool, the food, the shows in the evening, the location.Definitely recommended.
Waterpark for adults closed, beach towel £2 to be replaced.
The facilities, the dinner, the all-inclusive concept, everything !
The some of the actives was good.
I didn't like aqua park, couse it was on the other side of the hotel. I expected its all together in one spot. In the.room was noisy I could hear cars passing by,people passing by, balcony walls its too high when u r sitting u can't see anything apart concrete walls and no privacy. Food not the best, serving cold food.
Facilities were great, alcohol selection was really good, room was spotless and bed was really comfortable.
Level of service was mixed across staff members, some were very attentive but some were mediocre. Food was ok, sufficient for a few days. You can hear everything from the rooms next door…I had a great sleep the first night but new guests arrived and they were either really ill or heavy smokers with hacking coughs all night, which kept waking me up.
The no-fuss all-inclusive setup
I booked a sea view and didn’t get one!
Good food, rooms are large and bright, nice terrace with part sea View. Good value for money
The pools & water parkRoom deluxe sea view
Took 20 minutes to book in with credit card Had to book through an appFront desk only 1 person working Not enough for such a large hotel
Very nice, clean and tidy hotel. Water park, pool, garden food and drink was perfect. Amazing size of apartment. Really good food and drinks everywhere…. Professional staff in Barcy kids club(Vivien) and entertainment for kids and adults every night. We will be back soon.
The staff were lovely. The place was clean.
We upgraded on arrival but were too late to book the so called a la carte! We ate in the buffet! There was a strange selection of dishes. We eat a wide variety of cuisines from all over the world! Most of this was unrecognizable and cold! The following day we both suffered with really bad stomach problems!!! Something we never normally experience! We booked our 2 days here to explore the area as we were staying in a villa in the north. We dare not venture far from a toilet!!!This has made us realize why we never normally go Ai. Never again!
It was perfect. The meals were great. Everyone will always find something for themselves. The service was nice and friendly. The hotel facilities are perfect. The night bar serves perfect alcoholic beverages
