Pros +
- Friendly and mindful staff, relaxed atmosphere, good choice of food, nice restaurant, very large and comfortable bed. Good value overall. I had a car and location was good but I would not want to walk to the beach from here - way too far.
- The exceptional facilities, the location, the staff and the numerable things to do all day be it alone, as families ( as I saw them having a ball of a time too ) , very good food (except the breakfast sausages), and an outstanding entertainment team that deserves an award. Also, a huge must do is a golf lesson with in-house Spanish champion Cesar Crespo. It was my first golf experience and was amazzzing! Cant wait to come back again. So happy to discover this hidden gem.
- The golf course all around. in the heights with a nice view onto the sea. In a quiet area but requires a car.Several nice beaches nearby.
Cons -
- Room faced the inner courtyard and I am sensitive to noise - the evening entertainment was too loud for me because I was going to bed early, but it didn't last long.
- the property is so beautiful, the pictures online do not justify how beautiful it is. perhaps add better pictures to communicate the amazing experiences, the morning pool activities, the golf lessons, and may be some food pictures too so guests know how great the place is.
- not guaranty parking you have a slot in the hotel.

The room is excellent, although it’s unclear why there is a tea set in the kitchen when there is no kettle. The food was also pleasing; the drinks at the bar are ordinary, without any special flair. The hotel’s concept with tokens for barware is unclear. We were not informed about this “know-how” at check-in, and I was surprised when, after standing in line at the bar for a cocktail, the bartender started demanding those tokens in order to serve it. On another occasion, I returned four empty glasses to the bar and ordered two drinks, took them to the table, and then came back to ask for some tea for my child. The female bartender began demanding a token for the tea, and the fact that just minutes earlier I had returned more glasses than I took did not concern her. I had to calm my crying child and go to the reception desk to sort it out.Overall, we enjoyed our vacation.
Stupid system with tokens on bar
Rooms area spacious and the beds are comfortable. Swimming pools are great and clean. Location is great, just outside the (busy) center and ideal to start your day trips from (like the hike to Cofete or for spending an afternoon at Playa Risco del Paso), but you need a (rental) car. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets offer a lot of choice. All in all, amazing value for money!
Rooms might need some renovation. The hotel is a bit far from the ocean, but they provide free transport although it is quite limited (leave 10:00 or 11:00, return at 17:00). As for most buffet style breakfasts/dinners, it might get repetitive during longer stays, but for 3 nights it was fine.
Nice family hotel, comfortable and clean. Golf fields around make it an oasis in the hills. Good food, good drinks - even Pina Collada was proper, which is rare for budget all-inclusive. Nice staff, especially animation team. Absolutely amazing Halloween "scary room". The best price-quality ratio. Recommend it to all my friends:)
Shuttle to the ocean only once a day (twice in the morning, but that doesn't help). If a hotel is situated so faraway from the sea, more often shuttles would be appreciated. Also one water slide didn't work.
Very big rooms. Really enjoyable for kids. Low price for all inclusive. Staff was mostly lovely.
Not very clean. Meals and drinks feel cheap and not very tasty. Very messy with a lot of activities that’s nice, but not a relaxing experience (could be a plus for families with older kids). Gym was under equipped and under maintained.
I loved everything, the pools were fantastic, so clean, the lifeguards very vigilant keeping their eyes on you all the time, the immense choice of food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool bar for snacks, constant access to drinks, superb value for money. The room was perfect , standard double overlooking the golf course, enormous bed, clean bathroom, nice touch of a fridge and kettle, with tea coffee sugar and milk all included. Pool towels and toiletries and hairdryer.Stayed 3 nights with my partner, totally relaxed, very quiet hotel, in the hills, we had a car as we came from Lanzarote on the ferry, drove down to the town to browse the shops but we just wanted to return as the hotel is so good.Loved it all. Highly recommend. All the staff seemed happy which is lovely to see. Excellent. Would definitely return one day.
Coming home !!!!!
Big rooms, good food, very good for the family
