Some of the staff which for me make that place a bit happy .

Everything need an eye and a touch up. " reception guy call Frank very rude probably not only with me also the shop inside which. Ot belong to hotel woman very rude and management not doing nothing.

Resort was far from any shops etc. Entertainment was poor if any. Room was comfortable and clean. A/C didn't give any cool air. Bar staff were friendly. However, there were no ashtrays on the tables in all outside drinking areas, I had to hunt for an ashtray and they were all dirty. It would be better to put clean ashtrays on the outside tables and pool areas and replace them with clean ones throughout the day. Food was ok, pools and view was lovely. I would go again, but only for a few days as it is far from anything else to do. Also not suitable for elderly or disabled as there are many steps and stairways. Lift breaks down everyday. Reception staff are miserable. No staff to help with luggage too. Definitely not 4 star. I would rate it as 2 star.

The hotel is a bit dated(definitely needs refreshing), so do not expect modern style.In my opinion, it shouldn't be a 4* .Rooms are spacious and bright with air conditioning and small fridge(seams not cooling at all),clean. There is no kettle and iron in the room. I feel that there is no food diversity, but you won't remain hungry-you may always find something for yourself. Staff is lovely and helpful.Swimming pools are not heated, lots of sunbeds around. The hotel is located just beside beautiful beach.

A couple of the days I didn't like the food but we didn't starve pudding saved us.Not for fussy eaters.Lots of mosquitos insect bites in the room.Mostly German guests.Steps to the beach not for the unfit.

The room was so dirty. Insects inside and we suspect bed bugs as well.The overall facilities are old and falling apart. The plants are dying all around the property. The staff is rude. Drunk people during the night were screaming and nobody of the staff dared to calmed them down. The food was the same every day and quite horrible. A true scam for the money.

I was there for the beach and it was perfect, the weather was beautiful! Some days almost no big waves and really nice to swim.The staff was friendly, It was my birthday and they left me a bottle of wine, I don't drink so I had to just leave it there but I appreciated the gesture.The pools were clean too. The room was spacious and clean, despite it was partially facing the pool it was quite inside.The sea view was really great.There are several terraces where you can sit and enjoy it.

It is allowed to smoke on the terraces where dinner/breakfast is served so there's a chance that you will have to breath in the cigarette smoke while you are eating if you are sitting on the terrace.The fish were almost always overcooked and this was really frustrating as I don't eat meat and it was the only option i could have.The internet (both wi fi and both my sim cards with mobile internet worked very slow and unstable and it was really annoying as I really needed it.

Beach is very close and staff are very friendly also amazing to find a place without any cockroach which doesn't happen very often on Canary Islands, size of the room was great and mattress very comfortable ..... Stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every single day. Amazing view for various places in the hotel.

There s an amazing beach in front of the hotel. There are freetime activities. The staff is very friendly. The food choice is huge.

A lot of equipment especially outdoors need repair, like the volleyball net, the swimming pool, plenty stairs ...Beside the quality food there some artificial tasting desserts and colorful yoghurts.

The view was amazing The room was cleaned every day and was spot on Kids pool area was quiet , no music and not crowded!

Everything was old and a lot of stuff was broken , our bathroom was a bit smelly !No bottle water so you have to buy to get it into your room overnight even if you are all inclusive !Over 11 nights not many changes in the menu and not a lot of options! (this is subject to every individual)Old sunbeds not confy at all

Starting with rude repcion staff,they can’t help with nothing. Elevators bearly was working most of the times you need take stairs.No activity’s ,or indoor playground for small kids.Outside playground was poor,flooring broken.Spa wasn’t open.how many times we was going all the time empty. After we find out it’s working just on bookings.No soap in toilets.toilet handles broken.

The food variety was a little less than someDays I ate but I made it work for what choices there was. Didn’t go hungry so that’s all that matters to me

Everything perfect, infrastructure and Staff notes 10, all friendly and available to help and meet at all times. Even more it is located on a paradisiacal beach, almost exclusive.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is superb, boasting one of the best little beaches on the island right at its doorstep. Throughout my visit, the cuisine was delightful and offered a good variety, while the beverages were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating — everyone from the cleaning ladies to the receptionists, cooks, servers, and bartenders went above and beyond for any request. While the building itself may be a bit dated, it only adds to the charm of the place. Get the sea-view room, the view is definitely worth it!

Not really a con, but apart from the stunning beach, there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel, so I highly recommend renting a car — it will truly enhance your stay and make exploring the island much more enjoyable.

Location is perfect ? Food is very good The tree pools is amazing and my favourite is the snack bar ?

Disappointed

The property was nothing like the photos, the food and drinks was awful, the only decent drink was sangria as the spirits were watered down and the cocktails were nothing like the real thing

The room was without the sea view, however paid for the sea view. I asked to change the room and they refused to do that.

The best of this hotel is its location. Directly on the beach with white sand. Wonderful view from almost each spot of the hotel's area.The food was 50/50: you could find smth to your taste, but nothing spectacular. Coffee was also not bad (definitely much better that at some other hotels we used to stay on the island).Friendly personnel, always helpful, could speak many different languages well: English, German (most guests were German speaking), Dutch and others.Rooms old fashioned, but we'll cleaned and was comfortable for us, also good beds as to our taste.

Talking about the beach: you should be ready for MANY nudists, they tend to take long walks there...to get there from the hotel you need to take some steps, no possibility to get down for disabled people.In the hotel you feel like you went back in time to 80's or so, also very bad internet connection from rooms (even mobile one): if you plan to work there, you could do it only from central areas like reception hall...not much entertainment offered, even there was some. The pool was heated, but not that much, so we could not really enjoy it.There is no city around, so you need to take a bus to the closest one (10-15 min drive), we tried on Sunday, but the bus was already full so did not stop and we had to take a taxi instead for 12-15 euro one way.

Nice beach accessible directly from the hotel.

Food was the same everyday. More invention in the kitchen would be apreciated.
