Rooms were beautiful, big and spacious.

The dinning room was so hot in the evening due to the setting sun. If it could have been air conditioned or better ventilation with fans it would have been more enjoyable.

When we got in the room their was crumbs on the floor the class in the bathroom was dirty their was cup marks on the table where it hadn’t been wiped I did tip the maid on the second day but the day before we left our room wasn’t cleaned

Staff were lovely.Complimentary use of a shower/ freshen up room after check out, if you have a later flight. (book at reception)Food was very nice also.Had a spa treatment and it was lovely!

Only 1 pool and space was a bit tight for sunloungers in the morning.We went in March, so i could imagine it gets alot busier at high season

Great location, spacious room, nice hotel

Apartment cleaning is very irregular and sloppy, mattresses with very worn and stained covers are worn out, there is no blanket, but something similar to curtain fabric, breakfast is rather unappetizing, there are always no coffee cups available after 9.00 am. Strange beer glass deposit 1eur at the pool bar, pool towels provided are very small, payment at the bar can only be made after opening a special account at the reception, which no one informs in advance. The SPA is very worn out and you can't pay here either by writing down the expenses for the room.

Beds comfortable

Food awful. Nobody stuck to dress code. Not enough storage in room. Sunbeds all reserved. Poor selection of included drinks. Given black bin bags as not even rubbish bin in room. No way 4 star, barely 3 star!!

Nice view from the balcony. Quiet location within walking distance of shops, cafes, etc.

Daily housekeeping was poor (bin not emptied, tea & coffee not replenished). The gym equipment was either old and rusty or didn't work.

Room was brilliant, overlooking the sea.

Food (especially vegetarian food) and entertainment were mediocre to say the least. The signs indicating what the food was were dependent on who was on duty. The desserts were pretty much the same day after day. The coffee machines were not great and quite often there were no clean cups available.There are two lifts up to the rooms but during our stay the same lift was out of action nearly every day. With no out of order sign put on it so everyone was getting into the lift to find it was not working.The room cleanliness again depended on who was on duty.

Location was great!

Bedroom wasn’t clean on arrival, and throughout my week stay the standard of cleaning was below average in the rooms.

Room spacious and the views from the room are lovely. Reception staff helpful. Close to Airport. Plenty of sunbeds, nice pool. Close to the beach.

Food Luke warm. Wine in the dining area horrid

Stayed for 7 nights great place no far from town ...great views. Great food laid out...free beer...what more can I say

Yeah if you want the Internet on TV bring a fire stick... only htmi connect to tv

Room very comfortable and clean with a lovely balcony. The Pool area was lovely because we used the beach which was right beside the area and then we would come up and stay by the pool while looking oer the sea.Breakfast was ok - coffe/tea machine not always working and the coffee not good. Good selection of food and it was ok.

Really did not how the sound from the evening events (karaoke and piano playing) carried all the way up to my room. I may as well have been right there.

Room was really spacious and big But it was only one thing

They charge for spa. I just stayed in another 4 star property and spa was free of charge however here it was 15 euros per person. Spa is outdated and sauna wasn’t working. Food was just really bad. Like really. Cold mostly , tasteless and just repetitive. I wouldn’t say standards and service meets the 4* hotel criteria. More like 3 star hotel I would say. Thank god we didn’t have all inclusive. There aren’t enough sunbeds outside in the terrace by the swimming pool. People were usually running before or after breakfast to place their towels on sunbeds to kind of like reserve them. Also location-super super windy. If you come to Tenerife to relax and just rest don’t book this hotel because location is really windy and that makes it incredibly cold. It’s perfect for windsurfers but not for casual travellers

The buffet had a good selection, the pool was heated

They didn’t clean the room everyday, and didn’t restock tea & coffee in the room even when we asked - said this was only for the first night. Also not the hotels responsibility at all but it is SUPER windy location we didn’t realise until we got there it almost makes it a bit cold so just check the time of year.

Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Not every guest was all inclusive, but, they remembered me and it was nice! There were staff dedicated for entertainment, singers, piano player. It was great

Location of hotel was very good. Near the airport and a shop next door. Pool was heated. Food very good and helpful friendly staff. Food and water was brought to our room for our very late arrival. That was a nice touch.

Limitations on choice of drinks.If cocktail wasn't on the menu you had to pay for it.Location made the resort very windy. Our room was very big. Another bedroom could've been added where there was a table and chairs.

Too few sun umbrellas, too many pool activities with loud music.

Great value for money, location excellent, staff helpful, room (junior suite with sea view) was amazing!

Food inconsistent and cocktails a bit lacklustre. But not a lot not to like - is a very good hotel.

It's definitely worth at least one visit. Stunning view to the ocean and to the mountains, the hotel is wonderful. Hospitality is on the highest level. Good food for dinner.
