- The staff is tough to deal with. The hotel receives people starting from 5pm for the corresponding night which is very weird. Too much noise in the yard and halls.

- We were the only holiday family in the entire hotel - all others were long stay for war based reasons -we should have been made aware that the hotel was no longer a hotel but accommodating long stay families-who had to cook and survive in these small rooms) - also there are not any sinks in the toilets/wc - the sinks are in each bedroom only- how on earth can you open the toilet door without contaminating it post toiletting ??- COVID precautions ? - it was cheap when originally booked x2019 but would have preferred another tbh if we had been made aware it was no longer a typical hotel - left at 6am

A great stopover to refuel for the night, excellent value for money
The check in system locks you out of access to your room for good if you get your card PIN number wrong twice, which was very annoying after being exhausted and desperately needing somewhere to stop. I forgot my pin and there wasn’t any other verification system so you just cannot get in after that. luckily the lady at the desk was helpful even with the massive language barrier and I managed to get in eventually.
