Dry, comfy, pets allowed

Wind came through window & door. Wall & floor not clean. Soap dispenser in bathroom didn't work.

Room was reasonably equipped, didn't use the shower but it looked ok,separate wash basin was OK,heating worked well,bed was OK for a one nite stop over,had tv with choice of channels,Reception girls were friendly and smiling which was nice,

Could hear next door inhabitants, Toilet flush button didn't work,room shouldn't Have been let

Disappointing

Breakfast was only pancakes and few baguettes. For 6.50 it’s too much. You can go few metres away (next to road ring) and you can eat in the bakery with the better quality and almost the same price

Comfortable beds, easy parking. Staff were very helpful.

Np food outlets within walking distance. Poor shower facilities. Poor breakfast.

The locks jammed. We got locked out. The staff tried to take a crowbar to the door to gain access it didn’t work. That crowbar was readily available so they knew there may be an issue. So they forced a window. Following morning I was locked out my friend was locked in. Staff never attended. We eventually were able to escape. The beds were very uncomfortable and unstable. The mattress skid of the bed 3 times in the night.

Didn't have breakfast. Basically room. Clean but needs updated.

Paintwork needs redone and shower curtain a bit grubby.

Cheap overnight stay near ferry.

Stayed in this property some years ago and it was okay, has deteriorated since and is now quite run down. Needs a major upgrade.

The facility is now old and not up to modern standards but the price is at todays level ! Much better value in the UK in many cases even lower prices. The environment around the hotel is very nice but the room felt less than basic. At breakfast we had to supply our own Decaf Coffee because none was available and the staff seemed to be surprised to be asked for Decaf. Nice staff.

Room interiors need a refit with much better facilities

Breakfast buffet was good. Very clean dining room and good range of pastries etc.

It was quite a hike into Cherbourg for good and drinks in the evening.

That I booked late and could still get a room. That I could switch the audio on the TV to the original audio to understand it.

I stayed in room 28, there was an ant infestation along the skirting boards. The shower was knackered, both the base was all cracked, the shower head had been bodged back on the wall and there was a gaffa tape repair. The bedside light only worked on one side. Finally, there was rising-damp and mildew in a couple of the ceiling corners that could easily have been bleached and cleaned. My kids stayed in room 17, the shower room light bulb had blown and they had to use their phones to use it. The window also would not close in that room and it made them feel unsafe.

Good breakfast

Checkin girl made us wait 5 minutes until she finished her cigarette.We found this to be unprofessional and unhygienic after waiting 1 hour.No public transport -all restaurants closed around the hotel.

Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast was not bad. Room was warm.

Room could be cleaner. Sink is situated separately from the toilet. Sheets were all covered in a hard lint rolls. You can clearly hear ALL your hotel neighbours (from three sides and upstairs). Room was dark.

Touch screen for acquiring room key was almost inoperable…. Instead of a ‘ touch’ screen, it had to be jabbed repeatedly quite hard to register the letters !!

location good. Based on our nasty accomodation we decided not to have breakfast.

We arrived at the Premiere Classe at about 11.30 in the evening and so reception was shut. Our room number 34 had mould in the corners, on a pillow and there was no soap in the washbasin dispenser and a broken toilet seat. All in all, a nasty room and I have taken photo’s. Please help with some kind of refund.

Nice rooms, handy to stay in if you’re travelling to the port

The machine check in couldn’t find my booking for a while at 1am and there was no way to get further assistance

Nothing this is the worst place we have ever stayed.

It was dirty it was cold the toilet seat lid didn’t stay up just very very poor. We have stayed in much better places for less money. Don’t envy anyone who stays there.

The hotel reminds me of the roadside hotel on the highway in US. Has their own atmosphere. The croissants for the breakfast was extremely delicious.

The room was cold enough. The heater there was very small, and it was not strong enough to make room warmer
