Hotel Torres Novas

Location. Friendly staff. Price.

The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful.

The hotel, room, staff and breakfast was as expected from a 3* hotel. The location is right in the city center, next to the citadelle. The room was larger than usually in other hotels, and comfortable (but it was a triple room, and we were only 2 guests). Breakfast was good. There was some festival in that area, and car access was blocked. But, there was a large underground parking, free to use, at 10 minutes walk. The car was safe there.

It was raining, and the 10 minutes walk from the car, with luggage, was not the best experience.

We’ve stayed here before and the staff already know us from previous visits. This always makes it welcoming. Torres Novas is not big metropolitan city but this hotel does the trick. The food at the restaurant is excellent!

Rooms are a little outdated. Could use a refresh. Very clean though

First room was so small. But appreciated the move to the larger room after first night.

Breakfast was good the receptionist at the start was helpful.

The room was very dark with very little light.The waitress in the dining room was pathetic.obviously she spoke little English but didn’t even try to understand what we wanted.The hotel was hard to find and the hotel sign was small.

The location is good, and the room is clean.

High level of moisture in the room with some mold on the top of the windows. Staff is not very friendly for non portugues speakers. Breakfast was cold (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages)

I wish they could be more flexible. I booked a room for 3 people and I asked well in advance if they could put 3 single beds, instead of 1 double and 1 single. They couldn't.Also, we got to the room for 3 people and there was one towel.Can be noisy late night.

The location, the staff and the cleaning. All was fantastc.

The only negative point I would add is the lack of sockets to charge phones, laptops, etc. The only ones available are connected to the bedside lamps, which forces you to choose between lighting or charging your devices.

Location and daily cleaning service was perfect. Breakfast was fine: nice bread but mediocre coffee (better to buy coffee from the hotel café)

Only wifi in lobby, not in the room. I did see some technician "working" on the router, but that did not help. Basically the wifi infrasctructure was insufficient.

Very clean, comfortable bed, very friendly and professional staff.

The hotel is in the middle of the town nearby a very nice place.It was very easy to reach it and to walk around in the nice town ofTorres Novas. They are also a few nice and good restaurants nearby

The location is perfect and the breakfast is regular. The staff is kind

The air conditioning didn't work, the room looked like a sauna. We couldn't open the bedroom window because there was a bee nest outside the window.
