Pros +
- It was quiet as I think we were there just before busy season. Had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time. The breakfast was good - cooked to order. We were able to cook our own dinner when we didn’t want to get out. The pine forest area was nice to see the sunset.

Cons -
- You must have a car to get around.
- There were many stairs to get to the room and having heavy luggage made it difficult. It is also ticked away on a little lane way which made it difficult to find.
- The rooms are not soundproof; you can hear your neighbors very clearly. Additionally, the house has wooden floors, so you can hear every step from the neighbors upstairs. The upstairs neighbors had kids who were running and jumping in their room at 1 AM. Other than that, everything was pleasant.

Breakfast very good and prepared for each guest with care. excellent food for dinner both first and main courses. Genuine ingredientsGood advice also for visiting the surrounding areas. Location wise, it's on an amazing countryside few minutes from a natural green area to walk a bit
A truly hidden gem in the middle of Tuscany - even for our demanding taste. Gorgeous authentic rooms (with great AC for the summer nights!), a lovely pool area, great hosts and staff - truly a lovely, peaceful experience on a wonderful estate. The only thing we are sad about is that we did not book more nights! :-D
Great breakfast, good beds, big rooms equipped with a small stove and fridge. Great pool. The grocery store is very close - walking distance and it's pet friendly. We've really enjoyed the stay.

Very spacious and well equipped room. Super friendly staff that went out of their way to make our stay great. Good breakfast and dinner.
Spa price is very high for guests. Location- not much to walk around, busy street next to the accommodation.
The staff was the most friendly and accommodating. Always with smiles. The size of the room, the balcony, and amenities were superb. Beautiful villa and great atmosphere.
Completely subjective, but the pillows were the worst. Maybe had I asked (but it was late into the night and not sure that the front desk was available) they might have had a different selection of pillows. If not, I would suggest that they have a nice selection to choose from.
Was a very brief stay, but it was lovely. Sofia in particular was wonderful and very hospitable. The place offers a great springboard for exploring the beautiful Tuscan countryside.
Everything, from the beginning with Giancarlo giving us a great welcome to the beautiful property. The service is top class, the suite is gorgeous and spacious, and the beds are really comfortable. They served us dinner in the room with a special menu, o e was gluten free. Delicious. Gorgeous place, sad we couldn’t stay longer.
The food offered was very good. The hostess and her personnel went out of their way to offer terrific service, even suggesting nearby sites we should visit. I would spend an entire week relaxing at this villa were it not so expensive…
It is in the country so you must have a car to travel around, otherwise very quiet.
The breakfast was good but would have liked a choice of eggs like scrambled.
I would have liked a kettle in the room. The bedding was excellent very comfortable.
Nice property with very kind staff, they made delicious meals for us when requested!
The AC was not working and we were there in 40 degrees in the peak summer in august. They were already aware of the issue and did not communicate this to us nor had it fixed while we were there, making our stay quite uncomfortable on the whole.
The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious
No air-conditioning and many mosquitos so you couldn’t have the windows open at night. Also the beds we found to be very firm and only two thin pillows.
This hotel / suites was the perfect stay. The hosts made it the most enjoyable time. They cook fresh every day, going to the markets and cooking each evening. The room was stunning and really traditional. You will need a car to stay here. Sophia was the best and was at our every need. There is a amazing waterfall 1 hour away which is worth the visit.
That we couldn’t stay longer !
The property is in Tuscany which really speaks for itself. The Villa is walking distance from the centre of San Giustino Valdarno, which is a quaint little village. The pool was just divine especially as it was terribly hot during my stay. The breakfast each morning was adequate. One of the mornings I enjoyed a jam filled biscuit (fully embracing the non traditional breakfast options).
As a solo traveller sans car I felt that the accommodation could have been more generous in assisting with transport especially at the price. I paid €40 for a taxi from Arezzo. Whether that be providing a transfer service from Arezzo or sticking me on the milk run vehicle, I really would not have minded. One of the staff members was particularly perturbed by my non-car ambitions claiming I’d be resigned to the Villa for my entire stay. She did eventually assist me in finding a bicycle to get to a winery which for myself was within comfortable walking distance, much appreciated nonetheless. There was no air conditioning but the fans on full blast were satisfactory. The interior is bucolic but old and cracks in the wood allow dust to collect and ants to roam freely. I asked for a kettle which was promised and never came. It’s funny how the winery (Tenuta Canto alla Moraia MUST DO) that I paid less than €100 to were more generous than the accomodation that I gave €528 (two nights) to they dropped me back post my wine tasting and brought me to Arezzo the following day. I guess the accomodation is only accustomed to wealthy internationals with cars. What a shame as this was the ‘fancy’ leg of my trip tarnished ironically by the pursuit of Villa Cassia to be strictly ‘fancy’.
Charming property, thoughtfully furnished, pool is lovely and the surrounding gardens
The room was beautiful and very spacious - we had the twin and both beds were big and it had a seperate sitting room which was cool and the little kitchenette area gave us more options for food too. The pool was wonderful and the whole house and garden were very attractive. The whole place had a very relaxing feel.
The takeaway breakfast I'd asked for on the last day didn't appear and we had to ask several times for things like an iron. The plug sockets in the room didn't work with the coffee machine or iron for some reason so we needed an adaptor.
