Holiday Inn - the niu, Crusoe Bremen Airport By IHG

Walking distance to airport is only 5 minutes.

Paid on arrival but told i would be given at an invoice at checkout. At checkout was told system was down so they couldn't provide an invoice so left e-mail for this to be forwarded to. This was not done. Requested invoice via the booking.com site, message acknowledged but nothing received. After several attempts to get through on phone to hotel spoke with staff member who after taking my details said would send but nothing still received. Follow up calls not answered. After a week of requesting still had no invoice to submit for my work expenses.Separately the Swedish meatball meal i had in the restaurant was small and overpriced. Ended up going out to buy more food.

Great reception staff who changed my room due to problem

Top floor very cold but it was -7 outside that night. They checked the room temperature but so cold after 2 hours they moved me to 4th floor which was much better so again big thank you to the staff that night…they were so nice and helpful.

No tea or coffee No extra duvetsHeating not very hot

Location cleanliness and good service

The bed - kept moving apart

New, beautiful decor, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Super breakfast

Perfect for early flights. 350 metres from check in. Friendly helpful staff. 300 metres from long stay car parks and McDonald s

A comfortable and spacious family size room while transiting through Bremen. Easy check-in, corner room was ideal for family, and really nice breakfast! Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Giant parrot hanging from room ceiling was a fun random decor.

Sofa bed was the second bed in this room type, but it was comfortable so no problem.

Very convenient for the airport, 2-3 mins walk.

Very unprofessional member of staff. I booked a room for myself and my 11 year old daughter. There was one double bed and only 1 single quilt. When I went to request another quilt, the staff member was playing on her phone and just told me she couldn’t do anything as she didn’t know where the quilts were. No offer of another room or even taking a quilt from another room. Very lazy and disgraceful. I gave my daughter the quilt and I slept in my clothes and was cold all night and hardly slept.I arrived quite late due to flight delays so it appeared she was the only member of staff on duty.

Nice place, helpfull staff

Parking was full, had to park at airport P1 and that's unexpected expensive

The room was very comfortable and good breakfast. Good value- benefit for the stay. The location is very close to the airport and if you want to go to the city center, you can catch a direct tram very easly.

The shampoo disposal was not intuitive, I spent several minutes trying to figure out how to use it. There was a chocolate in the entrance of the room, but it wasn't clear it was a chocolate, because you only see a mini duck on the floor. It was a nice treat, but could be more evident.

Very convenient location and pleasant staff

No in-house kitchen

Decent size room, clean with a nice bathroom.

I had to go to reception to ask for the wifi password something that could of been communicated when checking in.

Needed a last minute room due to some travel changes. Walking distance to the airport at a price you couldn't say no to. Really friendly staff, quirky rooms just sad I got there so late and couldn't enjoy for longer! If I ever need a room in Bremen for the future I would happily book again!

I wasnt really there long enough to determine any bad points! It was great!

We were looking for a place close to the airport, and we got the location just right. The breakfast was complete and varied.

However, the pillows were more like cushions, with little structure — the room would really benefit from more comfortable pillows

Very good location and very clean room, would love to stay here again next time I visit Bremen.
